“The car I recently bought needed exhaust work and I took it to Keystone Auto. The guys there took care of what needed to be taken care of and did it within my budget. The following week, I had new tires that needed to be installed and I went back to Keystone Auto. Nick told me they don't install tires but he referred me to a place that did. “I brought my 2009 Lexus RX350 in because of multiple dash lights coming on. My scheduled time to bring the vehicle in was 3:00 p.m. but due to my schedule I dropped it off around 2:00 p.m. As it turned out the owner David Moore was out grabbing a bite to eat so I filled out the Early Bird Drop Off Envelope with the keys and away I went. Later that same day I received a call from David explaining exactly what was going on with the vehicle. David gave me and accurate estimate on what it would cost to correct the issues. Before the end of that day I received a text from David confirming the repairs have been completed and the vehicle was ready for pick up. Do to schedules I picked up the vehicle the following morning. I was to say the least amazed at how quickly David diagnosed and repaired our vehicle. David Moore has a customer for life. “Highly recommended: In August 2025, we drove our 2010 Hyundai Elantra Touring up from North Carolina to visit family in Northport, MI. The cable that shifted the car from P, D, R, N, etc. snapped. The Hyundai dealership in TC couldn't even look at the car until early October. The folks at Clarke's were able to diagnose the problem within hours; and get the necessary parts (even sourcing one part from a junk yard when it wasn't available) and get us back on the road in a few days -- we returned home right on schedule and without any issues. Throughout the process, they kept us up to date and the final price was more than fair. I would use them again without reservation.”

“Was in TC from Grand Rapids on 4/21/25. Low tire pressure indicator came on. I drive a 2025 Honda, had stopped at Fox Honda in GR on 4/18/25 where I purchased the car. Had service check all 4 tires, technician said the right rear was a tad low. I asked if I had picked up a road hazard? He said not an obvious one. He recalibrated the low tire pressure sensor and sent me on my way. So it seemed odd that the sensor would trip again only 3 days later. The service technician at Jiffy Lube was very thorough and asked me to roll ahead so that she could physically examine the entire right rear tire. Guess what, the tire had a road hazard, a nail. I've had the best customer service at this Jiffy Lube location and highly recommend them. Very humble, main concern is taking care of the customer and making sure they are safe on the road. Rare today to come across, very refreshing.”
