I was working with these indIviduals for multiple days and told them I had collateral for a very small loan bec I dont have the best credit they called me back and said we can Don the loan without you haveing a cosigner so I got one then they called me after wasting a full day too tell me they aren't go to move foward after telling me thats all I would need keep in mind I was only masking for 4000 dollars I talked to my person who was doing the Co signing and they never contacted him this company is doing business in bad faith and i dont recomend. This company to anyone very disappointed with the way things were handled

Terrible Service! I have been contacting them for over a month andkeep leaving messages and have not been able to communicate with a representative. I haven't been able to log in to use online services. I would not recommend them

i’ve been a cardholder here for about 4 years and i’ve literally NEVER had a good experience with them. they’re always extra sour and rude. they make me feel so bad and d*** for calling them about help with something in my account.

Hey East Traverse!! Way to go being second best in the Bauer ratings again. All the lipstick and new branding doesn't help a bit when it comes to service, pricing and being competitive in the market! Too bad for your members, they get a hosing in fees every month.

I would give this bank zero stars if I could. They're technical support is the worst. No one ever answers the phone. Their online website and "new" app is structurally very poor and disorienting. You never know your balance, it just says how much a payment on your loan is. And when you call to ask your balance, no one answers; when, by some miracle, someone does answer they are incredibly rude and unwilling to get you what you need. They almost seem annoyed you even called or want something from them. It's just sad. Not worth it. Already looking at new banks to transfer to.

have had an account there since I was born. Been pretty good until about 6 year ago service and rates are not very good. I get better service and rates from Mbank than my credit union. 2017 Ram 1500 blue books at $23,500 ask for only 17350 but because it 3 years old the rate is nearly 1 point higher than at Mbank so much for better rates at a credit union. very sad

I know how stressful costumer service jobs can be and I have great respect for people who work these jobs. I always treat them with upmost respect, however the women at the front desk at ETC FCU named Yvonne should be fired. I was in utter disbelief at her tone and the questions she asked me, rudest most unpleasant women I've ever dealt with. She started raising her voice at me like she was about to start screaming and freak out because I simply asked a question. I was so confused what the problem was...She had also asked me for a signature and of course I happily obliged yet when I was done she looked at it and said "Oh, you still can't write in cursive?" Which made absolutely no sense because I always sign in cursive. I've had great experiences with the other wonderful women that work at ETC FCU but it was all ruined by my horrible experience with Yvonne. That lady needs to get out of the customer service industry entirely. Why work at a bank when you act like you hate everyone? I've seen multiple other bad reviews regarding this same women.

Called to ask a simple question about ATMs and to see if there are any shared credit unions in the area I'm visiting and got so much attitude from the person who picked up the phone. It was like she was mad at me for her not knowing the answers.

Called in regards to my account, was greeted by a woman and explained my question and was immediately hung up on after. It was not a transferred call, or by accident. Heard the phone being hung up with no explanation prior. I’m shocked—completely unprofessional.
