I’ve had Tri gas for 2 years and I’ve got to say they are awesome. When I order a tank fill usually they’re filling it the same day that’s grade A+ service in my mind.

Convenient to get your 20lb tanks filled and the price is fair but check the weight of the tanks. I had two filled and there was a 7lb difference. It's not good business to not care about what you are doing. I will still do business there but will check every tank.

Normally I'd give 4 or 5 stars. Today they decided to close early. I showed up during normal posted hours and they were closed. I run a business using propane. It's a huge pain in the rear to drive across town to get propane with fuel prices through the roof to find them closed early. Didn't even leave a note. Wasted a good deal of time and fuel today.

Called and spoke to the technician Mike was supposed to get our furnace fixed. I talked to them Thursday and they said Monday at the latest then had someone out Monday and said they couldn’t fix it till the next day and then no call or anything the next day had to call them back just for the technician to be very rude and say it’s a service they don’t have to do. Have two 7 month old infants and have been staying with a relative for over a week now. Will definitely be getting a new gas company once the tank is empty. Take your money elsewhere.

Told them our tank was dangerously low and it’s the coldest days in winter and we have a 1 year old we are trying to keep warm and they don’t show up when you need them. They said they would come today but they didn’t and said they will come either tomorrow or the next day even though we are so low that it won’t last that long. They act like they don’t even care. Last time we are using them. We are switching companies after this. (Response to owners response- We were below 5% the day we called we were not at 10%. I had to turn the heat off and put heaters all around the house and on top of that our house gets cold fast so our furnace works a lot harder and more so the percentage goes down really fast.)
