What an amazing experience X2! I went in 2 weeks ago with a laundry list of things that I needed and knew nothing about half of them. Emily was up to the challenge! She worked with me for probably 45 minutes, getting me everything I needed with great recommendations the whole way. Im talking makeup, moisturizer, hair care, nail care, she knew it all. She was such a pleasure to work with honestly. Furthermore, I went back in today to stock up on some of Emily's perfect recommendations and try to match up some eyeshadow colors from different brands. This time I got Brooke and she nailed it as well. She hunted all over for the right colors. She helpful and again, a pleasure to be around. Brooke is the manager and I let her know what a great couple of experiences I've had. Great management here. She trains her staff very well and has on staff the energy and charisma that I hire in my own employees. 10 stars!

Very calm environment I found everything I was looking for and Ally at the register was a wonderful experience she walked me through how to use a gift card and we had a wonderful little conversation! definitely keep her around :)

I went to the salon at the end of July 2024 to start the process of going blonde from a very warm brown and a haircut. My hair was almost down to my butt. I asked to go as blonde as we could without making my hair break off. She told me she was the blonde specialist at this location and a teacher at one of the beauty schools in town. I thought yes! Someone who knows what they’re doing. I was so excited… that quickly faded.
I was supposed to have a longer version of the Jennifer Aniston cut and go as blonde as we could. I ended up with patchy highlights and a straight across haircut that was shorter than I requested and uneven in and face framing that turned into bangs. I was devastated walking out of that salon.
The stylist seemed very busy during our appointment, but she spent soooo much time on her Apple Watch. She would have my hair in the hand with foil and bleach, the bleach comb in the other hand and stopping to look and read her watch and text people. As she was blow drying my hair, she says, “I think you’re going to like this so much, you might not want to go lighter…” I hated it so much, I’ve spent more time and money getting it fixed somewhere else. I won’t give the name of the stylist, I’ll just say she was very young.

FAITH!! Don’t forget the name when you visit this store. I went in looking for products all over the grid- hair, skin, makeup, body care…and she helped me every step of the way. I planned to purchase the same products I’d been using for years when I first came in, but Faith took the time to listen to my needs, determine if my products were the best fit, and then give me her professional recommendations. She saved me money with bundle deals, she gave me tips and tricks for getting the best results, and she was patient and respectful when I wasn’t ready to take the plunge on a new product (offering me samples to take home and test out.) I never felt like she was trying to push product $$$, her help felt genuine and kind. My 4 year old was with me, and she went out of her way to get him a special treat and chat with him while we made our way through the store. From both a manager and customers perspective, Faith checks all the boxes. Now I look for her each time I visit, and if you want exceptional service, I recommend you do the same!!
