I called to ask two questions. The female that works here has some serious mental health problems and needs to find a more well suited position, that doesn't involve working with the public. This adult child literally hung up on me in the middle of my first question. Which was fine. The second one was going to be me putting my money towards their business. So thank you for being an immature child. Hanging up the phone and then keeping them off because you can't answer a couple questions from a calm not even rude customer. Marijuana is legal now, lady, give it a go, sounds like you need to chill from all of the other reviews.

This store is listed on the Grand Traverse Court paperwork as a place you can get fingerprints done on the RI-008 form, but they don’t do that. They were rude about it.

I have been to The UPS Store in multiple states for mailing packages, printing needs, and even luggage storage. They have so many useful services, and the staff is always so gracious. This one is no different, so helpful!

I went in to mail a return and had the shipping label but needed a box. They charged me $13 for a cardboard box! I paid it because I was already there but what a total rip off!

I give this manager a 0 on customer service. She was rude and very unprofessional and had poor customer service. I was returning Amazon product and thought I was just supposed bring it there (which is how the only returns I have ever done with Amazon have been) they said I had buy a box. I tried find my return email to see what said but couldn’t so I call with my husband to try see if he remembered how the Amazon return was. the manager started talking loudly to me about what I was asking my husband when I was talking to him in a corner of the store. She started rudely telling me not to talk about her store and they were right and I was wrong.The handling of this was so unprofessional. I can’t believe it.I’m a RN from hospital and we never talk to people like that even when they are wrong. We try to be helpful not rudeNot going there again!

Be sure to provide your own box. I was charged $23.99 for a two foot by two foot box. Check out USPS flat rate boxes if you can. I view a $20 dollar profit on a cardboard box as excessive.

I cannot believe the star rating for this store! Fifty stars here! I have ALWAYS been treated SO WELL at this particular store. I can’t say the same for the other UPS store in town. A big HUGE thank you to the employees at this location. Thank you for always having my back and taking the best care of me!
