I wonder why this USPS location, in particular, was not rated at least 4 stars. I have been using this location for several years since I moved from TX, and all their staff members who helped me have always been the kindest, most helpful, and the most professional people I have ever dealt with!!! I do believe that they deserve much better ratings!!

This location lost my package and have nothing to do about it. They are simply not how they used to be & I will not be taking any mail to this location again. Extremely disappointing post office.

They used to be on top of their game. Not sure what's changed, but they are consistently delivery packages/mail to the wrong addresses. Additionally, what pushed me to make a review is that I have a package that needed delivery for my significant other's birthday. This package was set to arrive Thursday afternoon. Not sure what happened there, but delivery got moved to Sunday. Then, I got notification that delivery was attempted in a different city/zip code than the post office/I am in. Then, the next day, Monday, I got a note that delivery was attempted but no one was home to sign. I was home the entire day and heard nothing. I live on the second floor of an apartment building - my mother in law saw the carrier pull up and make no attempt to deliver. Leads me to believe that they simply didn't feel like going up the stairs.
Summary - something has changed and the quality of service is decreasing drastically. Be better

Very rude and unhelpful. A 15 min wait out the door only to get laughed at me for not taping my box.. how do I know if you wanna see inside or not. And no tape...okay cool. Empire Post Office has been giving me tape to tape my boxes shut for the five years I have lived there. Needed one single strip across the top. Thanks for the help ladies....

I have always had excellent serice at this location but yesterday was totally exceptional and unwarranted. I had to send in a kindle fire for exchange. I did not know what to do. I went to the post office and the staff member after telling me that it had to be shipped by UPS still put it in a box for me, put the label on and taped it up so it was totally ready to be shipped at UPS. I was so happy with their help since I am not good at those things. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

Had a complicated situation re: delivery when in town to care for my parents following an unexpected health emergency. The postal service staff and delivery person were so helpful and kind, and made sure that I got my meds. Wish my home post office were this nice. Thank you!

The lady at the front desk was very rude and completely uninterested in doing her job. All she cares about is standing up there and collecting a pay check. Pathetic service
