Waited on hold for 20 minutes to check the status of a prescription called in yesterday as it was not ready only to get an " oh , it's here. I'll put the order in for you" I needed it yesterday. NEVER AGAIN

Unfortunately, after the Rite Aid closed in Chums, my file was sent to Walgreens. While I'll give them a break on the transition, their customer service during this time was poor. I'll bring my business to Family Fare. Always having issues getting myprescriptions when they tell me to get them. Sad that it's got to be this way. Doubtful this review will do anything but make me feel better.

Why are your employees so unpleasant? The cashier won’t even say hello back! The last two times I’ve been in there, the older man (that is a cashier) looks mad all the time. This store isn’t welcoming!

I should be able to call directly to schedule appointments for flu shots not have to use some Asian call center to schedule at my local store!

The employees at this location are always very passively rude to me and i always have issues with my prescription not being ready when they say it is. i have issues with them every single time i try to pick up my prescription. it’s either not ready or “out of stock” when i had just received an email saying that it’s ready for pick up. if i could zero star this walgreens i would.

8 Times! That’s how many times I have gone to pick up a script in the pharmacy at this location. And quite literally every single time, there is some suspiciously sudden reason as to why I can’t pick it up! I have a serious narcolepsy issue and need this medication to stay awake. Yet they always have a license issue with the same doctor although it’s been resolved 3 times! And then when it gets resolved they don’t have any in stock and it’s always on back order with no idea when it will be in. This is my last time trusting Walgreens in general. 0-8 is a pathetic track record. At first I gave the benefit of the doubt, but it’s obviously a lack of communication and consistency from the higher ups. I now have to take work off until they get this script in or send it too another location who more than likely don’t carry it because it’s a specialty medicine. Sad. Just sad.

Save yourself the headache and avoid using this pharmacy. I wasn’t going to do this, but I’m at my wits end. It’s been months of battling with Walgreens in Chums just to pick up my regular monthly prescription. They keep telling me I’m picking it up too early (I’m not). Turns out, instead of billing the way the prescription was written, they’ve been billing my prescription wrong and holding my medication hostage. My insurance company called them yesterday and told them to straighten up or get audited. I was supposed to pick up yesterday, called it in before 11am. First they told me I had to wait until July 7 to pick up. Then, after speaking with my insurance, they told me it would be ready some time yesterday and to just wait to hear from them. Sure, I’ll plan my whole day around waiting to hear from you. Wouldn’t be the first time. I never got a call or a text that it was ready. Today will be the last day I ever pick up a prescription from Walgreens in chums corner. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve driven there to pick up my medication that’s supposed to be ready and had to wait for *hours* - I’ve lost track but it’s been no less than 5 times. Never an apology for their crummy customer service and every month, I have to make a plan for how to spend half a day and work it into my schedule to pick up my medication. I’ve always stayed polite, even after waiting for hours several months in a row for what should be a simple monthly refill, I always smile, say please and thank you, etc, and I still feel like I get treated as an inconvenience. I understand staffing shortages may be leading to the chaos that is this pharmacy, but I’m done. No more wasting my time. You may say “could’ve just gone to pick up your meds in the time it took to write this post” to which I say: I’m writing this as I’m still waiting.

Getting a simple prescription refill seems very difficult for this store. Either a lack of communication saying it was complete and ready to pick up or not even refilling it seems to be the norm. Holy smokes!! I'm changing where my prescriptions are sent.

I believe there were only two people working. There was a couple waiting at the register for quite some time. I had to wait at the photo counter for a while as well.

Don't get passport photos here. They used a very old digital camera that is probably at least 15 years old. Then they edit the photo in their software and print out 2 pictures. There is no digital option, only a low quality print out that only works if filling out the passport form in person. I couldn't even use the pictures they took and had to figure it out on my own. All of this headache also cost me $20.

It's a Walgreens, it's got everything you'd expect. Key thing that I've noticed though whenever I go on here is the employees always seem just dead inside. Like, unhappy on a deep existential level that makes me less happy when I leave than I was when I came in just for having been around such miserable energy. I say all this and I work retail. No wonder they're never not "now hiring".

In the past I've had great experiences with this location as I'm a regular. This time however my grandma was told she could pick up her insulin but not the needles. That those are prescription only. I called up there and was told they are 60 dollars for 100 needles. I told the pharmacist that I could see online they had some for 10 dollars for 50 needles. He told me only some locations but not theirs. I then got in my car and drove there and aisle 16, bottom shelf there they were. 10 bucks for 50 needles. Insulin is obviously super important so I'm sorry to ask if you could check for me but man we were in a bind. Glad I drove up there and glad they had it. Just wish someone could have confirmed. It is literally 2 or 3 ailes away from the pharmacy.....

Pharmacy does not do well communicating when a script is not completely filled, got 5 out of 90 pills picked up at drive they with no communication that full amount not available,Their system is down more than up, getting ready to transfer scripts to CVS if they don’t improve. Pharmacy staff not all that friendly as well
