Called ahead of time for a price match to confirm that they would match their online price, they said yes. I drive 20 minutes across town just for the manager and assistant manager to cause a scene in the self check out line telling me I was basically stupid for thinking that they would do that. Like who yells at a customer and argues with them for 10 straight minutes. And then saying they will call the cops over a price match? Are you kidding. I wish there was 0 stars because I do most of my shopping here but I will NEVER go there again. Absolutely HORRIBLE employees & very poor attitude from the managers. Do NOT recommend.

Alright fam I'm about to end this stores whole career. Oh Walmart what the heck happened to you, Walmart used to be the best place to shop in town but now it seems like they just dont care. Produce was rotting, meat was dark, staff was rude. Need I go on. I would rather drive 1 1/2 hours to Kmart in grayling than shop at this dumpster fire of a store. Can't wait till Amazon bankrupts this store too. Also worth noting the remodel made the store seem bland, and I know a lot of the older customers here hate the majority of checkout lanes being self checkout. Respect your elders Walmart!

I've been gone from this area for four months, so all the changes at the store will require some getting used to... Such as FEWER CASHIERS - yeah now they want ME to check myself out. But I don't work for Wally World, so I waited in a long line for one of the few(er) cashiers. A billion dollar company that can't afford to pay their employees a living wage put in more machines so they could save a few bucks on cashiers. Seems like a terrible customer service move - customer does more so the company can make more? I'm shopping around for another place to do business.

Travis at the pharmacy was excellent! Friendly and very helpful. He went out of his way to help us! Not many people are willing to go out of their way for nothing in return. Great customer service! Thanks Travis!!

I just had the most pleasant experience at the can return center. The man working in that area was very helpful and the facility was clean and functioning properly.

I made a call to walmart asked for Sporting Goods, the woman sounded sick and not friendly at all. She transferred my call, it rang and rang she came back on asked if she could help me again.....I said "yes" I still need the Sporting Dept. please. She acted like I was not the same person still waiting..... She said okay, put me thru and this time the line was silent...waited almost 5 mins. kept checking my phone to see if she hung up on me. Tired of waiting and hung up. So I dialed again, started the whole process over again. Same attitude, transferred "again" same dead silence...no ringing....waited over 3 mins.....I hung up no one answered. DID NOT GET MY QUESTION ANSWERED!!!!!

I returned rotten fruit after I took a bite. They have a freshness guarantee, so I got my money back with no questions asked. That was good of them, and I appreciate it as a customer.

FILTHY, FILTHY STORE. Floor around checkouts is just disgusting. Trash, litter throughout store. Spouse told the cashier about the filth on the floor who just shrugged. Seriously, they do not seem to care. It's black, gross 'crud' that has accumulated. You can tell they don't deep clean. Feel like a shower when leaving. Too many employees who just stay in your way in the aisle without any thought--have they not been trained to at least move their cart a bit so you can reach what's behind it...?!?! No. They just look at you like you're an intrusion. Where is the store manager??? IS there a store manager? And if so, where is his/her supervisor who might report to corporate? Or don't they care either? No one saves enough money--maybe pennies here and there--to encourage an establishment like this.

Very disappointed in the customer services here. I would not waste my money shopping here, Meijer has much better prices anyways. I feel like people should be treated with more respect while in their store sending our hard earned money.

Oh where to begin. I ordered two black chairs , they only come in black and brown so how hard can that be? What did I get , one black and one brown , I could not believe it , and it is never a great time trying to take a huge brown chair back ,It would have been great to get what I ordered . The second thing , I was In the restroom in a stall when the girl next to me asked me ( from her stall) if I was enjoying my Walmart shopping experience ?" at first I didn't think she was talking to me , but yes she WAS ..I thought what the heck??? Really ?? IM IN THE BATHROOM and so are you , it ended up being a clerk who asked !!!!!!!!!!. When you finally get to the checkout I always seem to mistakenly say " How are you?" All you ever hear are complaints " I had to work a double shift" " I will be fine once I leave here" "Oh I am ok" ..So many lessons learned , don't order chairs online , don't go to the restroom unless you want to converse with the person in the next stall and don't ask any questions .
