I originally took it to Discount Tire who told me my rims were corroded and I needed to buy all new rims totaling over $1000 which really puzzled me because I knew the history of the vehicle. “I needed to have both lower ball joints and the front right CV axle replaced on my 2016 Honda CRV. About a month later I had an issue with what I thought was my transmission. I had my car towed and looked at by another mechanic. I found out the CV axle wasn't installed properly. I was upset that I basically had to pay for the same repair twice. I took the repair bill from the other mechanic into Brake and Alignment Plus+ and showed them the issue. Without causing a fuss, Tyler got his manager Bill and they not only reimbursed me the full amount that I paid the other mechanic but they took care of the towing as well. I understand things like this happen, but more importantly they wanted to make it right, which they did. I would come back for the customer service alone from Bill and Tyler.”
