I have a business account with citizens and I came here yesterday to do a deposit at the atm machine. It wouldn’t give me the option to deposit so I called inside to ask if the machine does deposits at this location. The machine must have been down and I had a car full of toddlers. Delia went the extra mile and told me to pull up front so she could run outside and grab my deposit. Seriously best customer service ever!

Ive had a good experience so far until yesterday and this morning! The people in the branch are useless....seriously what is their purpose? What do they do? What are they paid for? They cant do ANYTHING!! Anything you can see or do they can, THATS IT! So why would they even be there? For what? I gad to call OVERSEAS TO FIND OUT ABOUT A TRANSFER FROM.ACCOUNTS IN AMERICA!! The person who answered at my branch couldnt even answer a simple question! WHAT A JOKE!

Citizens Bank is the Least helpful bank I’ve ever dealt with. Would not recommend this branch. Try Comerica or First Merchants Bank. They’re much more helpful. When I approached Citizens management with a problem they offered no solutions, only excuses and roadblocks. They seemed to have zero understanding or concern for their customers’ needs, and don’t seem to want to expend any effort to help find solutions. I have no use for the management at this branch.An example of their lack of concern : I explained that a customer had a severe illness and it was very difficult to get him to the bank, the response was “it’ll only take 5 minutes to get this done.” She seemed to not realize there was also travel time to and from the bank, and she became impatient when I tried to explain the impact of the illness in more detail. Sorry, but I would never choose to deal with this branch for my own banking needs.

Wow awesome how local bank cares about today’s high prices and inflation and gas prices etc… cashed a check for $ 21.29 yes Twenty one dollars and twenty nine cents granted don’t have an account there but to avoid the 7$ Dollar charge can open an account ????? that makes me want to run right back there an open an account NOT!!!! Great how they care about the local community

It’s unfortunate that they consolidated both Trenton branches and moved to Woodhaven. The new branch has only two teller desks instead of 4 (8 between the two) they also lack a drive through, so you have to go inside. I’ll still continue banking with citizens, however I’ll use a different branch.

ATM is NEVER functional. 3 days ago I tried to put cash in, it rejected it when almost done and said it couldn't complete at this time. 2 days ago, it was completely out of service. Trying again this morning and it rejects my card as invalid. Been banking with them for almost 10 years and this is a common problem-almost ready to go to another bank.

Nice staff but extremely slow drive thru. Why there is only one teller helping at the drive thru and inside is beyond my knowledge. Poor experience. Won't recommend this bank to anyone.
