DISGUSTING, they let people bring their animals in which is bad enough, and I'm not talking about service animals. But the worst part is that this man let his dog sit and lick all of the candy and merchandise at the front counter. Just licking away FOOD ITEMS. Not acceptable.

My big, huge, fat complaint about CVS is the checkout process. For crying out loud, YOU CAN START SCANNING MY ITEMS BEFORE SCANNING MY EXTRACARE CARD (insert a slew of curse words here). I'm in the middle of a line of 7 people with one cashier, and she's just standing there refusing to start scanning anybody's items until she scans their card. Women are digging to the bottom of their purses, men are trying to remember which phone number to use, my kid is screaming. It's ridiculous. And they are ALWAYS like this. I PROMISE you can scan my EC card at the end or in the middle. It doesn't matter. Seriously. Get your act together CVS. The only redeeming qualities this pile of rocks has is the flavoring for the kids prescriptions and decently good prices when you stack sales and coupons. But sometimes I just really don't feel like it's worth standing in line all the time. The store is clean though, and generally well stocked. They have a decent section of holiday and seasonal stuff and a shockingly large alcohol stock. Pharmacy employees are pleasant to deal with, but the rest of the staff seem to hate everyone who walks through the doors.

I'm a regular customer at this CVS but I get my prescriptions filled at the CVS in Target. Yesterday, I went in CVS-Target to get my script filled but the power was out so they referred me to this CVS. The Pharmacist looked over my script and said this is a drug we run low on and since you're not a regular, so he wouldn't fill it. WHAT?!?!?. I asked if he could just do a partial because I'm out and he still refused. Are you kidding me? I am still shocked. Luckily, it wasn't a life saving drug or I'd be dead now. I wasn't a pharmacy regular but on the way there I was thinking "this pharmacy is closer, maybe I'll get my scripts filled here". Needless to say, I will not be entering the doors of this CVS ever again.

I am completely disgusted with how CVS has decided to pursue charges against a homeless man who fell asleep in the store and was locked inside by employees. When he woke up, he didn't steal cigarettes or alcohol. This was what he grabbed: Pop $1.19 Heart Rate Watch $41.99 Fig Newtons $2.37 TruMoo Milk $2.99 For less than $50, he will be going to jail. Despite the fact the the EMPLOYEES locked him in. And he admitted what he had taken. I have been in the store in the past, and found the employees helpful and kind. Unfortunately, that must only extend to the "right" customer, as our mentally ill and homeless population seems to not qualify for such treatment. Take your business elsewhere. I will also be informing my family/friends of this incident, and CVS will be out a lot more than $50. Bad form, CVS.

Made a quick stop in across the street to the competitor West Grange, they didn't know how to do a money order . she asked me if I still wanted the stamps ,I told her no , I didn't want her to get in trouble and walked out. I come across the street to CVS paid $0.10 more for the money order but at least she knew how to do it . Got my stamps was in and out in two minutes flat .I didn't know that you had to show your ID to get a money order due to Homeland Security and drug trafficking. that's a new one on me but anything that helps I'm all for it! The moral of the story is when your employees are trained properly and they know how to do things and you charged a little more for something people will pay it because you can get what you want and get in and out quickly. When the cashier at West Grange across the street didn't know how to do a money order she has to another employee how to do the money order and the second employee did not know how to do a money order. My patience wore thin it took too long. By that time I walked out and came to my favorite place Cvs which is what I should have done in the first place and paid the $0.10 more to the people who know what they're doing.
