Just recently had Saco and his team create a very special and custom design that I was having a difficult time getting someone to work with me. I am happy to say they are the team, they work very hard and quickly to make me feel as a valued customer. I have already asked and will be bringing in my additional jewelry for fitment and cleaning. loved the communication and support from the team. 100% recommend!!!!!

I visited this store for the first time today. I sold an old ring to them and they gave me a competitive price. They have a lot to choose from and they were very friendly! They also have the cutest dog there too! I will definitely return and recommend them as well.

I want to say Saco and his Father have been there for years and they are extremely friendly, very helpful and beautiful jewelry! Anytime my mom needs anything repaired, they are happy to do so! If you buy something from them you don’t like what you bought, they will make sure your ? happy with something else!

I found a Smokey Quartz Crystal in a cave by the Sea of Galilee in Israel. Jesus most certainly would have prayed here. I wanted to make something special with it. Sako and Diamond Creations nailed it. Great service, awesome pricing, and quick turn around. So very happy.

Lights on , open sign lit won't let me in to get a Movado watch battery put in and clean watch install pin in band. On way to work didn't have time for the young guys nonsense lost customer for life will never come back it would have taken 5 minutes of his time but seemed he needed to get back to his video game

I brought in jewelry that I am selling. It was brought into the back to be appraised and when the jewelry was returned I was told the pearls are real. I was in disbelief. I did not expect two pearl necklaces to be real. He said the one retailed around $2500 but today you may get $100-$600. A week later I brought I jewelry to a few different jewelry places to for appraisal both said both pearl necklaces are fake.This creation shop must sell fake jewelry then. They cannot tell real from fake. Why would they do this? I called ahead and told them I had a mix of silver, artisan, and pearls that I wanted to sell and he says sure we will appraise it. After telling me the pearls were real they directed me to a place that would buy them too! They knew I was selling them.

They do great work!! Super nice and helpful. I had these rings made here (opal; amethyst) and stones changed (mother's ring; London Blue Topaz) for Christmas and they are gorgeous. The pictures don't do them justice. Beautiful work!!

Wanted to replicate my existing wedding ring. Make it in white gold & instead of 2 aquamarines add a blue topaz & alexandrite on the sides for my kids.They not only completed the job but exceeded my expectations. I'm a returning customer for a reason. They're always so friendly & seem to beat any price.
