  I used Gel X came in to have removed and redone. He started the process of removing them, after they were removed he started clipping my nails which I told him no I’m growing my nails out, too late he cut one all the way to my nails which bed…. He asked is this okay, I said no I wanted to keep my nails but now you have to cut them all… he then applied the nails, started trimming them, I asked for short and had to continually ask him to make them shorter. He didn’t want to keep trimming and stopped. I asked for coffin shape, he made the first finger look how I wanted so he continued when he finished the rest looked like garbage no coffin shape and we’re all angled weird, and he cut me on 5 fingers causing blood. Which he used the duster on my wet blood. I told him these are not right and not even but he moved on buffing and dropped the buffer 6 times on the floor. Then he went to start painting the nails but dropped the bottle and broke it, I said I could pick a different color but he just used the broken bottle. The color was fine and I just wanted to leave as we were now 1 hour and 45 minutes in, this usually takes 45 minutes to an hour. I needed to go get my son from practice so I just didn’t have time to complain or have time to have them reshaped and my fingers were hurting so bad. Very disappointed in my experiences.
  
  I did go home and reshape them and I’m much happier with them, but I shouldn’t have to do that.

  Went in for a pedicure and manicure and had the worst experience ever. Was left soaking for over 40 minutes before anyone came over to begin the pedicure. I ended up telling them I no longer wanted a pedicure that was going to be rushed since they now closed in 15 minutes. I ended up getting a partial manicure. First the older gentlemen doing my nails not only gave me the wrong color and told me it was just the lighting but I knew it didn’t look right he then filed my nails all crooked and left the shellac polish on my actual fingers. I also didn’t get any lotion or top coat. Left very upset! Will not be returning!

  This place is amazing. It’s beautiful, clean, very well priced, very friendly, and very good at what they do. I found them on a whim and I now drive out of my way to get my nails done there.
