I had an exhaust problem (loud buzzing noise, exhaust smell inside the car). I called and spoke to Mike (owner) yesterday and my car in today. He offered to give me a ride home but I didn't need it. He fixed the problem in a couple hours. Replaced the resonator. The price was very reasonable! I expected to pay a lot more than I did. The service was excellent! Mike explained everything to me. Very honest and does excellent work at a very reasonable price!

Amazing! Just amazing! We usually do our own repairs on our vehicles but after we changed the tire rod it threw the alignment off and we weren't messing with that. Took it up to them, they're very busy, so when they couldn't get to it right away that was okay. My car drives like a dream now. I'm in love with my car all over again. Pretty awesome place! They were quick with repairing my exhaust even though they were busy. Being a woman going to an auto shop can sometimes be frustrating, not at Guardian! They weren't condescending or rude, they answered all of my questions and I left there feeling confident they didn't take advantage of me because I don't know about exhausts. I will definitely be going back and recommend them for anyone needing auto repairs.Service: Exhaust

I brought my cars here a few times over the last 10-15 years. About 3 years ago my daughter brought my car here for some suspension work. They recommended a brake job along with the suspension work (new quick struts). She couldn't get ahold of me so she had them do the work. I later told her the the rotors were only a year old and the rear pads most likely did not need to be replaced after a year.The real problem ( as if selling her something she didn't need wasn't a real problem), started with the quick struts. They replaced the struts and she left the shop and the car was making the same noise. She went back and they told her everything was just fine. I went up there and they put it on the hoist and said it was the front bumper/fascia that was loose. I finally took it to the Chrysler dealer and they said it was the new struts. I finally convinced the "New" owner (not the original owner), that he needed to replace the new struts under warranty. He did. He test drove the car with me and told me he bought the place a couple years earlier and was trying to sell it.When I got the car home both transmission lines were stripped and leaking on the driveway. There was never any hostility, arguing, fighting, etc. They just damaged the vehicle and sent me on my way, I'm assuming for all the "trouble" I caused them.I didn't even bother contacting them, I took the car to the dealer and had both trans lines replaced.I would suggest avoiding the place. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Called Steve in regard to possible exhaust leak, he was able to fit me in the next morning though he had a lot full of cars. Called me around 3:30 the same day to notify me that my car was all set. Stated it was a simple repair and an easy fix which I was very grateful for. They even went above and beyond and checked a brake squeal, lubricating the entire system and no additional charge. Very honest, helpful and efficient. Pricing was very fair. Highly recommend for any car repair or maintenance.Services: General repairs & maintenance
