needed gas and came around 8pm, the entire place including the gas pumps were black and Google had said they were open! don't waste your time here go to another shell

I am convinced that this station is scamming its customers. Every time I visit the station, my Shell brand credit card does not seem to work at the pump. They require you to go inside, and want to know how much you want to pump, and then your rewards can't be used, or they vanish. The station doesn’t seem to care to make a change, because this has been happening for a very long time, and I'm sure their scam or dishonesty is to their benefit. I will no longer visit this station unless a change is made, but why would they change unless someone calls them out on their scam.
