Very friendly staff. Would give then 5 stars but the locker I was given is in the back and is very tight to get to. Hopefully we can get the uhal back there to get out boxes out when we move out.

Customer service is amazing. Jackie was so helpful in getting my unit reserved and all ready for me to move. Rates are very reasonable and lower than most of the other rental storage facilities in the area.

These people are amazing! I am moving back home to Michigan and in between housing. They are making the transition super easy. I was able to view the storage unit, and they are super clean. They have taken care of everything I need so I can rest easy during my transition.

I'm in the middle of a major move from Chicago to downriver after nearly 30 yrs and it's a job for sure. However these folks went out of their way to help with my transition, everyone is super friendly and helpful, the facility looks well taken care of and secure with easy keypad entry etc, and the rates are perfect for those on a budget!

I am a new customer as my former storage company increased my monthly rent from $121.00 to $221.00 (almost `100% increase), My sister has a storage unit at U Stow N Lock and praised them repeatedly. I went there today to rent a new storage unit and will be moving my belongings from my old storage facility to U Stow N Lock. I walked in and was immediately greeted, I went on a tour of the U Stow Facility and was beyond happy and 110% sure that I made the right decision. Everyone was nice, the Office Staff was very inviting, professional, courteous and willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. I was immediately interested as the Storage Company that I'm moving out from has a nice staff, however in the big picture scheme? I'd recommend U Stow N Lock to everyone that I can. I want to make sure that the staff is aware of how impressed I was with the way they handled a "New Customer". It was extremely easy to make the transition. An unfortunate accident occurred, but accidents happen and people and businesses should not be judged off of accidents, but rather their mitigation strategy and contingency plans. This business and Lindy specifically (the manager) went above and beyond to make up for their unfortunate accident. They were understanding, compassionate and their resolution was more than fair. I will never go anywhere else for my storage needs than here.

They have plenty of storage unit! Our storage unit E12 was just right for our stuff! Nice and clean!
