Won't deliver mail. Has signed for stuff that we did not ok. Keeps saying the mail box is blocked when the street is empty. We have complained several times with out any results but lies.
I am disabled and am having a hard time dealing with this!!

avoid like the plague...absolutely awful. sent something of great value via certified mail, all it had to do was go from trenton to troy, mi. told me it would take two days. it's been seven and they don't know where the package is. not only has this cost me time, it has cost me quite a bit of money as well. terrible.

The last few months I’ve used this place to send out all my online orders and I’ve had a very pleasant time with them personally. I’ve maybe only had 1 package get side tracked in shipping so far out of 40 , but it still made it to its destination. And the employees are super kind and are willing to lend a hand if they see you need one.

I mailed documents from Florida to a business in Trenton, in February. The wrong zip code was entered by the clerk, so it bounced around S/E Michigan for 2 months. Customer service at USPS was useless. They should all be jailed for stealing paychecks. As a last resort I contacted a young lady named Erin at the Trenton post office and pleaded my case to her. In 3 days toe missing mail was delivered to its destination. She should be the new Postmaster General instead of that clown that was in front of Congress the other day!

EVERY single time I drop something off here it ends up missing I sent a gift card in the mail and it came back opened and my gift card is missing.

My friend dropped off a certified letter on a Saturday and wasn’t attempted until Friday in Trenton 1 mile away. Left a note to come back Saturday and didn’t show up. Tracked the letter and read in transit once again. USPS system is pathetic and a waste of taxpayers money.

This is honestly the WORST post office I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They made some very serious mistakes regarding mail that should have been on hold. I went to pick up all my mail and was told it was never on hold. Because the address I left told them to stop my hold. This doesn't even make sense to me, good luck to people leaving an abusive situation you'll be dead because of them. Went to a different post office and explained everything and they agreed it was not my fault. Now all of my IRS, SSD are in the hands of some pretty bad people. Thank you Trenton post office, you're the best
