This post office must be the worst one around, they only deliver mail it seem when they want too.. and they lose your mail left and right, so far as of this week 7/05/2023 they have not deliver 15 letters. And they stated its not there problem. The one lady i saw delivered package i asked her if she coukd please deliver the mail ,SHE STATED that is pass her time to be off and that it wasnt her problem and the mail could sit in the truck for 2 days cause she was done for the day. how is EVEN ACCEPTABLE

I just want to give a HUGE thanks to Alex here at the Trenton post office. He was back and forth on the phone with me all day and other post offices tracking down a very important piece of mail that was causing me much stress. My husband has it in hand today because of Alex’s help. Hey government, give this guy a raise for going above and beyond!!! ? THANK YOU

Will put on door you weren’t there to sign but they don’t even knock. I was sitting in my kitchen saw him walk up and didn’t even knock then I heard him put something on my door so I open it and say I’m here. 2nd time this has happened in two days. Then they tell you on the form you can put it in mailbox and they’ll redeliver but they left the first “attempted” delivery slip in there for two days till I took it out. Going to the post office during the holidays isn’t my idea of fun. Would’ve been easier if they’d actually knock.Ridiculous. I also tried online with the article and tracking number of the first slip but of course it’s not found to attempt “redelivery”. These are Christmas gifts and I hope when I get there it’s there since online says the numbers are invalid.

If I could’ve done a review with zero stars I would have, but that wasn’t an option. I went to inquire why the carrier walked completely around my yard and decided not to deliver my mail today. I did explain that I thought I might be because my dog was in the yard, which initially seems to be the reason. However, I asked why she didn’t just flag me down since I was SITTING RIGHT THERE? I understand not wanting to get bit, not knowing my dog had his invisible fence collar on (especially since she couldn’t see the collar because my dog did not even remotely respond to her), my issue is she didn’t even attempt to let me know she was a carrier and was unwilling to deliver due to my dog, nor was she dressed in a way that I could initially recognize her as a carrier (her bag was under her shirt, other attire not the norm). So I went to the post office to ask if I could get my mail and to basically express that I did not feel this was acceptable. Guess that’s not okay at THIS post office - that’s why I usually go out of my way to go to the Riverview post office unless I absolutely have to go to the Trenton office. I asked why she didn’t just let me know the issue? First there was the “she wouldn’t have known you have an invisible fence” which I acknowledged 100%. When I asked again I was met with “I don’t have to explain myself” from one of the other service professionals - otherwise known as “disservice unprofessionals”. They also apparently don’t have to explain why they routinely lose my mail. Oh, and I must be lying when I tell them a package was never delivered - why would I waste MY time and YOUR time complaining about mail I actually received??? This issue was never resolved - just wanting to know why repetitive unprofessional behavior is acceptable? I know complaining most likely means I won’t get mail for weeks…

The office staff is overdue for additional training. It took 1 clerk 1 supervisor and 1 back-office personnel to try and reverse my renewal for my pox I have had for over 5 years. This process took over 1 hour. The clerk Aaron was rude and truly doesn’t know how to complete an override along with several different things. And because of this, he needed assistance, and the others, were clueless because they don’t see this situation on a daily. All staff members should have access to this information so these small issues. Can be handled within a timely matter, due to Aaron's lack of knowledge he became frustrated, confused and willing to give up on handling this ordeal, because he clearly had no idea. Such an inconvenience to their customers.
