Every employee is extremely helpful everytime I have come with my son's sax. They got it in playable condition after being out of commission for 20+ years, fixed a valve that broke, and helped me purchase all the needed accessories he's needed. I love this place!

Great experience every time we are there! Donovan helped us today, and he was friendly, helpful and upbeat! Definitely a wonderful place. These are the kinds of stores that make the whole experience of buying something in person so much better than buying from an online store.
