Absolute nightmare AAA office reps, especially B.R. My proof of home insurance was not submitted digitally to my home mortgage. Ended up with two home insurances payments! Honestly wish people would take responsibility and realize that most companies require everything digitally not mailed. I am livid and called AAA corporate to try to figure this all out when my individual agent could not assist.

I had a terrible experience with this AAA insurance agent called abul azad. After I was in an accident, I tried calling him over 100 times, but he never answered. I even contacted the office, and they kept making excuses, saying he was “too busy” to take my call. I was left to handle everything on my own, which was incredibly stressful and mentally exhausting.
Then, after I finally dealt with the situation myself and decided to cancel my policy, he suddenly called me acting completely clueless and asked if I wanted to renew my policy. When I refused, he kept playing dumb and asking why, as if he had no idea what had happened.
This agent is completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and clearly doesn’t care about his customers. If you ever need actual help, don’t expect him to be there for you. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

Very unfriendly tall man working in the front. I came in there to ask questions about transportation abroad and I was going to ask about activities and other trips but I didn't get the chance due to his condenseding attitude. He told me it would be a waste of the travel agents time to talk to me and I would not give them enough commission because I already booked the hotel online. I even offered to pay for any fees or for any services and it still was not enough to get some simple questions answered. He said that I'm on my own because I didn't come in to book every aspect of my trip through them at first.
You know, if this was a pleasant interaction I may have booked future trips with this agency but I will not do that in the future. This could have been opportunity to build a clientele. This is how you lose future customer with bad service from the get go and a bad attitude. The man in the front is not equipped to work in customer service.

As soon as I walked in I felt unwelcomed by the gentleman at the desk. He was not friendly as I had asked him about some maps. I knew what maps I had in the past and hope to get some replacements for a road trip. He was short and seemed bother by my requests. I still need another map I discovered after I left, but I won't be going back to this AAA office. I've been here in the past and other family members have mentioned they also have had a negative experience in this office with other employees in other departments. If you are going to hire someone to greet members as they walk in, you should highly consider who is representing not only AAA but this location. As a manager of Retail Operations, this guy would not be at the front. As members we pay a fee to be a part of this association. so please hire people who value us as we pay for you to work there.

Ignored my appointments and emergency service requests for days. Booked me appointments and rescheduled them HOURS earlier and later without any notice. Completely unreliable and totally undermines the AAA promise. Disappointing.

Went to get international drivers license. Nice person at first until they tried selling me a membership renewal
When I declined they were super rude. I won’t be going back here or renewing my AAA membership.

I am currently writing this as I wait for my buddy to come bring me a breaker bar. The breaker bar for civics are TINY therefore I cannot break the lugs to put on a spare.I called AAA with my membership info and what not I called at 5:57 and they estimated 7:25 however it is now 9:12 I haven’t canceled the call yet and still as I write nothing from AAA- I’d recommend AAA if you feel like waiting ATLEAST 2x the time they estimate for something simple.
