We have shopped at this location many times and Robert was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. From purchasing to delivery, and arranging for installation to notch!!! The installers (Andy, Andrew, and the other gentleman, they were equally knowledgeable, professional, efficient and kind!! I highly recommend this ABC Wearhouse! They get it right every time!!! Thank you!!!

Do yourself a favor and go to Sargent appliance or anywhere else! Went to buy a new washer and dryer. The salesperson Abu Musa for starters has horrendous breath but still wasn’t shy about getting right into your personal space. He said he was giving me a employee discount that got me 2nd pedestal base for the GE profiles for free, a $300 savings and gave me a paper that said I’d be getting an additional $300 rebate for getting 4 items. I got home a looked at the receipt a few days later when submitting for the rebate. In doing so I discovered that he charged me for both pedestals and also lied about the rebate which was only $100. I didn’t buy any of these items for a rebate or deal, I paid the amount that was due and didn’t question it and to be honest didn’t even look at the pricing, I just assumed that the cost was what we discussed, what a crook! As I see it they owe me the $300 I was charged for at a minimum! Abu isn’t right and a liar! Do yourself a favor and stay away from ABC Warehouse and Abu, do everyone a favor and brush your teeth!

I was able to find what I wanted and for a good price. My salesman was professional and helpful. These things provided for an easy and smooth transaction. Not having to spend hours looking around is always a plus.

I bought a fridge from here and paid for the delivery from abu musa sales number 17354 he has to be the worse salesmen ever honestly no respect or courtesy they sent someone from abc warehouse come drop off my fridge he told me to disconnect the water line which I did and he just left said no words no nothing didn’t put my fridge down or nothing I call abu musa he straight up told me what u want me to do for you so I cancelled my fridge and went elsewhere I never write reviews but this one I had to never go to this abc warehouse I promise you u will regret it

Rob Taylor at the Troy location is amazing! Rob has been helping me and my family for nearly 25 years. I refer all my friends to Rob, and he's always gone above and beyond to treat them like family. ABC is our go-to retailer for appliances, TVs and more!

I am writing in regards to ABC Warehouse in Troy Michigan. I dealt with the manager, Rob Taylor and I will tell you that my experience has been amazing. I have made a few purchases through the years and I will say it was probably the first time I was there and I had an issue and Rob stepped in and fixed everything. I know I can count on him and when I ask questions, he gives an honest answer. Customer service today is dead so I am writing this review because Rob is not the norm and that is why I would recommend his store and Rob.

I've been dealing with Rob Taylor, store manager at ABC Warehouse Troy, for several years now and, I have to say, I will never buy appliances from any other source. He's knowledgeable and fair. He's got integrity. He tells you something, he backs it up. Excellent store, excellent manager!

We continue to go back because Mohammed takes good care of us every time. It was great to use my unused ABC extended warranty towards my new purchase. Keep your receipts and do the same. Well worth it!
