We just came from ACCU, Troy and experienced a most satisfying business transaction. Edisa, Assistant Branch Manager was extremely helpful. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and patient. Member satisfaction seems to be the number one goal for her. She definitely goes the extra mile. I've been a member at this location for over 36 years going on 37 in March 2023. Amazing customer service. Timely call backs. Friendly people. Their hands are tied by gov policy. They are still a financial institution you cant be mad at them for what central banks allow and dont allow. However they do their best to help out members. Several loans financed through them. Sure I've been angry about fees, but I am the one who accrued those penalties at no fault to them.

I’ve been going to this bank for a while now and it is the best branch. I’ve never had a bad experience whenever I went in. It’s not often but the customer service has been consistent. I decided to write this review because the other day I went in and I really needed their help with my account. I also had to get to work and I was able to leave while they still worked on it. I also received a call from Vidya who helped me that day. She called me the following day to let me know it’s been resolved. I really appreciate her and her team for going above and beyond to help me. Thank you!

Literally the worst experiences every single time, they have lost my ATM deposit TWICE. After figuring it out this time, which hopefully won’t take another week like last time, I will definitely be searching for a new bank.

Alliance was recommended by my neighbor. He stated the rates here were low when compared to other institutions. He spoke so highly of them. I even went as far as opening an account for my daughter. The rates here were good and I was signed up quickly, in the system within an hour, and my credit was pulled quickly. Everything seemed to go well until it didn't. I acquired an auto refinance and a personal loan. The personal loan was to pay some of my credit cards off, but I still wanted some cash left over. I was told I was approved for $4,500 at 8.9% 4 years monthly payments of $111. However, I have to close out 5 credit cards. After a week back and forth. I picked 5 credit cards to close out, which left $800. When I was told everything was good I was the happiest person. I remember having a big smile. I was told 3 times I was about to cash out. I would be getting a email to sign the documents. Instead I got a call saying the underwriter changed her mind and my loan was denied. I was told AFTER EVERYTHING WAS FINAL I WASN'T APPROVED!! I was so upset. I was livid! No one can answer my questions. How was I just approved for 4,500 then down to 3,649? Within 5 mins. I called another bank location and thought maybe I would get some answers. Well all I got from Kristy I believe her name is that the underwriter looked at it twice and it's what it is and there won't be any changes. Not going back to the underwriter. No one called to tell me where these other amounts came from. This is ridiculous. Meanwhile. when I went to get my title they had already stamped my title without me even signing loan papers! Not to mention all of the times I talk to them they didn't mention they already stamped my title! Now, I have to get a new title issued and for the inconvenience they give me a gift card. I don't care about the gift card, I want the loans I originally applied for. In addition, there isn't anyone I can speak to who knows their job. I wanted to speak to the underwriter supervisor. Someone needs to be aware of this situation. I keep getting transferred back and forth to the same people in that branch, who don't know anything, and they keep on feeding me miscommunication. Alliance got my hopes up and then the underwriter, Cindy, changed her mind at the last minute. When we did talk the rep(s) were always apologizing for the underwriting. I have called the person above the branch Manager who is the regional manager and left a few messages requesting a phone call back and still haven't received a return call! I feel as if my concerns aren't important to him! I never experienced this poor of miscommunication from a credit union like this ever. The Branch Manager and everyone in the branch office and especially the underwriter Cindy should get retrained, all I was getting was 'sorry' for the miscommunication, how about trying to fix your miscommunications, and try to get the bottom of where the miscommunication came from. They were apologizing over and over again and they were apologizing to me every time we talked. This experience was very tough, sad, scary, frustrating, misleading, lacked communication, lacked experience and expertise, felt like I was in a movie, and higher up managers lacked concern of my issues. I cannot recommend this place. I had my daughter close her account out.I decided to go somewhere elsewhere, because I couldn't get answers. I was blessed to get everything done the right way with Union Bank within one day. I feel this was a nightmare and no one should go through all this as a new member. This has been my experience with this credit union, one I won't ever forget!

If you’d like a friendly, efficient credit union, try Alliance! They’ve recently added more to the online bells and whistles.Over decades, I sure haven’t come accross such a customer oriented bank! Today I met Amber, the Assistant Branch Manager, over the phone. In a wink she helped me with my problem, and made sure there was nothing else I needed! Wow!

I open my account on Friday January 17th with the assurance that I would have banking abilities with them. Is Wednesday January 22nd my checking account has been closed out because there were too many inquiries on my report after I explain things to the banker now I'm trying to take care of bills and can't even pay bills because my accounts goes out the inconvenience here is driving me up a wall and then the service is there sing stop part 2 mini banking institutions single so I had another bank account with another credit union I should have not gone into alliance Catholic Credit Union thinking they were a very good branch of very good very good Bank I would not open another account with them I would suggest anyone to leave them.
