I rarely go to the mall these days, but I stopped by to pick up an order at American Eagle and I’m so glad I did. The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
A special shout-out to the girl name started with C (privacy) , who went above and beyond. She was so patient with all my questions and size swaps, and made the whole pickup process feel smooth and stress-free. Truly appreciated her help she made my day! And I have the cutest jeans now.

Went in today to do my post Christmas returns, one of many stops, and was helped by Sinclair who was cheerful and professional. Of all the people who did returns for me across all types of retailers, Sinclair was the only one who didn’t act like dealing with it was a nuisance. I will be going back

The store is pretty nice with good selection for both genders. They have some sales going on right now. The location is third floor so it takes a little bit together the workers. They are very helpful and keep the store very clean and organized a good place for clothing shopping.

What a trash store, bunch of lazy liars there. My daughter goes in with receipt.. and tags.. not attached to the clothes and they won't take them back because the tags weren't on the clothes. They tag clothes all the time for sales but they are to lazy to retag these when the customer brings them back with receipt and tags way less than 30 days from purchase. Pathetic store and pathetic customer service from the manager down. Garbage service. I'll buy clothes from Walmart before I spend a dime in their sorry operation.

two young women at the till were making fun of my friend right in front of us. That's pretty trashy, and they looked like they just got out of bed. Other than the trash employees that worked the register on 3/3 around 3 PM (a blonde with a grey t shirt and a dark haired girl with an ugly black graphic t shirt on) the store was a lot of denim which i guess is cool?

I liked a lot of their clothes. The manager was helpful, but the guy at the checkout had such a diva attitude like I was wasting his time. He scoffed and acted annoyed that he had to look for my size that he swore they had, even though I told him it wasn't there. Then he found one but I told him the sticker said my size but the pant tag had a completely other size, so they were marked incorrectly. He also kept telling me to do online but then when I checked, nothing was available online in my size. (PS I'm 30X30, pretty standard) During all this he snapped at some lady because she wasn't sure where the line was because people were all over the place. If you don't like working there, leave now because Black Friday is next month.
