Let me start by saying that Terry and Hylana are just the best most understanding people I have met. When I was confronted with having to put my best friend Bear down due to cancer they we so compassionate and helped me threw what felt like the worst day of my life. I will always appreciate how they treated us and how awesome my Bears remembrance package was. Thank you for employing great caring people. All my animals will be taken to this vet clinicALWAYS!!!!! Thank you Terry!

I have had many dogs over the years and when our last vet retired, I was referred to Animal Advocates. I must say that they are the best group of doctors, techs and front desk staff. They are always accommodating, honest and patient. We currently have 5 dogs and bringing all 5 to one appointment can be a bit much. Dr. Bellisario didn’t miss a beat and even laughed along with us at the chaos. Their prices are great and I cannot recommend them enough! I’m not leaving until they kick me out because of the chaos that I bring with me :).

Terry ruined my experience! I could not believe the way she treated me over the phone. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable 0 stars if I could. Due to her I will be taking my dogs elsewhere. I really hope the GREAT vets that work there realizes she's the sole reason they are losing businesses. It's honestly sad that someone who works with animals can be so cruel. It just makes me wonder how they treat animals if this is how they are treating us!

The Vets are excellent and very knowledgeable but I would re-evaluate the front desk staff especially Terri. Very rude, short and has no issue informing you how busy they are to make you feel as if you are not a priority. Being in the customer service business, your front desk staff are the face and voice of your company.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for every single staff member at AAVH. From the receptionists, to vet techs, vetranaians and more, they all go above and beyond. They treat every animal I've walked through the door, whether a foster or personal pet, like they would their own. Their level of compassion, combined with their team approach, knowledge and genuine ability to listen to concerns is beyond compare. Thank you for everything you all do everyday for so many.
