This is my first time store experience with Arhaus, Kristin was super helpful and helped us with furniture styles suggestions! I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Ashley (store manager) at Arhaus for her exceptional customer service and dedication to resolving my concerns. After experiencing repeated delays and miscommunication with the customer service team regarding the repair and replacement of my furniture, Ashley stepped in and took charge of the situation personally.
She was incredibly professional, empathetic, and thorough in addressing every issue I faced. Ashley kept me informed every step of the way, ensured that my concerns were prioritized, and even arranged for the most experienced team to handle the repairs. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her customers made all the difference.
Despite the initial frustrations, Ashley's involvement turned the experience around completely. She went above and beyond to ensure the resolution was handled smoothly and promptly. I truly appreciate her patience, kindness, and commitment to providing excellent service.
If I could give her 10 stars, I absolutely would! Thank you, Ashley, for making sure everything was resolved and for being such a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend reaching out to her if you need assistance at Arhaus!
I also want to apprecite Orelvis from Clark for reassembling our bed, they are super professional!

This was my first experience at Arhaus and it was very pleasant experience. Mary Beckerman. Her product knowledge was very impressive. Her acumen made me realize I have great taste. Mary got me thinking in ways I can't describe. Her illustrations helped me make an educated decision on designs I never knew anything about. It was a great experience and I know in the future I would trust my own tastes with Mary's guidance.

Kristin was phenomenal to work with! Kristin helped my wife and I with the purchase of new couch, bedroom set, and mattress. She was able to build out a digital layout of our living room and bedroom to ensure we had enough space in the areas. Kristin’s professionalism and attention to detail was impeccable. We plan to return for further purchases!

Kristin Larsh is one of the best designers and professionals I have ever worked with. We are renovating both of our homes and she has been a dream. We would send her our floor plan and she would come up with brilliant furniture placements. She understands our style preference and makes wonderful recommendations. We have been working with her for several years and we could not sing her praises enough!
The store has been upgraded in the last year and is so beautifully remodeled. They changed their delivery company as well. We had issues with the previous company they worked with. The new company...flawless. We have been extremely satisfied with every delivery team they have sent. All in all just outstanding!!

Purchased 2 of VELVET CARBON PILLOW on 7/26 and was told it will be shipped the next day. It’s been close to a month and it is still not here and they ignore my email. Terrible experience. Worse than TEMU.

Today, August 13th of 2025 around 4pm my son went to Arhaus Somerset Mall in Michigan to pick up a chair and the attendant was extremely unprofessional and rude with him and with my friend when she tried to talk to her in the phone and she also refused to use a plastic film protection in the chair. She claimed that she didn’t have the plastic film and also refused to check other floor samples chairs availability in the store. It’s unacceptable that such a expensive brand store employee treats their costumers like that. Unfortunately my son didn’t ask the lady’s name. Shame on Arhaus at Troy, MI.

Terrible service takes forever to get helped here. Rude and need more employees. They would rather talk on the phone for hours before helping a client in store. The urgency needs to be addressed. You can always call a client back but you can’t hope a client will come back on the spot to buy something in the store! It’s so rude!!

My wife and I worked with Kristin at the Somerset store, we were in need of an entire home of furniture when we moved here from out of state.
She is awesome; patient, professional, responsive, straight forward and timely.
After multiple visits we purchased almost everything we needed.
We had a couple of small issues that were dealt with no-hassle! All of the furniture is good quality and looks great!
We couldn’t be happier!!!

We purchased a white 5 piece sectional sofa from this location and paid for an additional lifetime warranty.
When the sofa was delivered, two of the pieces were dropped in the mud on the way into our home. When we called to ask what our options were, we were told they were leaving us the damaged pieces and would send someone out to resolve. The resolution was that someone came to our home a week later and spot cleaned the areas.
The sofa was clean in the areas that were addressed when they left, but we noticed later that there were a couple small places that were missed. Since we were told that the additional warranty we purchased would cover the cleaning or replacing of any parts that couldn’t be fully cleaned for the lifetime of the sofa, we were not worried. However, when we called to have someone come back to clean the sofa or to replace the damaged pieces, we were told to contact the extended warranty company directly. When we did, instead of coming back to handle the damage, we were mailed a small stain removal kit and told to clean it ourselves. That seemed insulting given that what we paid for the extended lifetime warranty far exceeded the cost of the tiny vial of stain remover and the sponge we received for our trouble, which was to address damage we didn’t do, to a brand new sofa that we paid a lot of money to purchase.
Our sofa is three years old and looks absolutely terrible at this point. We are two calm adults with a respectful cat, and our sofa cushions have not held their shape at all. They horribly worn and uneven no matter how much we try to rotate them and reshape them (there is a limited option to do this anyway because of the placement of the zippers on the cushion covers). The fabric is pilled and dingy, and the arm and backs are sagging.
Arhaus only offers a limited “warranty” for the cushions, etc which is good for three years and doesn’t actually cover anything related to the poor quality of this product, for example the cheap fabric or the misshapen, sagging cushions and frame; therefore, there is no recourse. This is considered to be “normal wear and tear.”
In reality, the haggard and worn appearance of the sofa is not nearly commensurate with the short time it has been in our use and the good care we have actually taken of it.
This was an expensive purchase, and we assumed it was a high quality piece of furniture that would last far longer than three years. Given the high price point of the merchandise in this store, the expectation would be that we would have a beautiful sofa for many years to come, and this chain would stand behind its merchandise. None of this is true. On the contrary, it has proven to be of extremely poor quality, and the company does not stand behind its merchandise. I would not purchase anything else from Arhaus. Buyers beware!

Kristin Larsh and Justin Milsk went above and beyond working with us on the design choices for our home which was destroyed in a house fire. They were professional, welcoming and thorough, from reviewing the plans before we arrived, truly exploring our style, walking us through each room of the house, pairing choices with walkthroughs of the beautiful store, and then placing it all in an easy to comprehend computer program. When we ran into insurance snags, they were both gracious and efficient in putting in a smaller order to get us started. In a time of lingering trauma, Kristin and Justin's enthusiasm and talent made working with Arhaus a true high point in this journey.

To start, this store is GORGEOUS. I was just window shopping and this Arhaus was extremely inviting which lured me in. I spoke with Ashley (the manager) and she helped me look for a storage ottoman. While I didn't purchase anything, I did decide that the Filmore Storage Ottoman is in my future, pending my partner's approval! Had to leave a review because of how amazing Ashley was. If you go in, be sure to ask for her!

Usually I go here and see Linda who is great, we went today and the sales people there were so lazy, uncaring, and rude. Don't know how they are employed. Terrible customer service, was gonna spend a crazy amount of money but they lost all my business. Will go to restoration hardware instead now where the people are way nicer imo
