i love the clothes here and always have great experiences at aritzia stores but the customer service here was just so bad like the vibes were terrible.. went to the cafe after purchasing clothes and it was continuously bad with the barista not saying hi back and acting super annoyed the whole time

I tried to return a body suit and they said they don’t accept bodysuit returns because of “hygiene” that’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard and if that’s the case they should disclose that every body suit sale

Disclaimer: I don’t write reviews unless service was really good or really bad.I came to Aritzia recently and had a luxury experience at a mid-range store. Abby was my sales associate and she was high energy, friendly, and had top of the line customer service from start to finish. At first I attributed this level of service to potential commission, but after multiple associates began to chime in and be of assistance I started to understand that the associates there simply like their jobs and are friendly.Along with the great service, I was also happy to see that the store was clean, the dressing room was super cute, the music was on point, and I also received a token for a free drink at their adjacent coffee shop.I will definitely be back!

Quality clothing. Good vibes in the store. Allie helped me with my shopping experience and had a fitting room set up for me while I was shopping. Nice and respectful staff.

Staffs were extremely unhelpful. I asked if the pants has any different color other than black. The staff immediately said no and walked away. Then later I found them in 3 different colors hanging up there. She was just being rude and wants you get out of the door.

I would give 0 stars if I was able to. I tried to return a dress I bought 2 days earlier that had tags, a receipt, and was in the same exact condition as I bought it in. When I tried to return it, the girl helping me refused to do the return (extremely rude btw) and said the tags weren’t on correctly as they usually put them on it in the store. The dress was never worn except to try it on in the store. She told me that I probably did buy the dress with the tags on this way, but she couldn’t know for sure so she couldn’t give me a refund. $82 down the drain. I’ll never be coming back
