I had to make a return because the leg on a shelf I purchased was broken. I really liked the shelf but I didn't want to exchange it and then go home and find out the new one was also broken when I open the box. I would like to thank sales associate Nola who was extremely nice and helpful who opened the box for me and let me make sure it wasn't broken. Nola eliminated any frustration of having to drive 30 minutes to return the item with her kindness. It was appreciated.

Crossed border to purchase bedside lamps. It took me a while to make up my mind. There are loads to choose from, reasonably priced. This place is very large, well organized with very helpful staff. Be prepared to do a lot of walking. Found some beautiful alabaster lamps and rcv’d amazing service from both an aisle associate helping me numerous times, offering advice, etc. and from a wonderfully warm male sales associate who was friendly upon entering, helping me find what I needed, who also cashed me out, making me want to return. Apologies - no names of associates but I’m sure they know who they are! Overall a great trip and I got some beautiful lamps I could never have found here for the price. Store was recommended to me by a cousin in Michigan. LOVED it and will be back to visit soon. #AtHomeSweepstakes!

I like the price, variety, and the quality of items that At Home carries.
HOWEVER, I bought two large bags of Back to the Roots Organic Potting Soil about 6 or 7 weeks ago, which I used to repot almost half of my plants (about 12 of them). Since then, my house has been inundated with small moths and black gnats that are living in the soil. In my 25 years in this house, with the same plants, I've never had this problem. Avoid using this potting soil.

Our first time here. The place is really big, set up warehouse style. Just about anything you could imagine for decorating your house. Nothing high end, but much better than Walmart or target.
The selection of out door and indoor planter pots is better that any nursery around and the quality and cost were good.
It’s kinda a must see for yourself thing because everyone has different tastes and expectations.
Recommend you check it out at least once to see what they have.
