My father went in to get assistance for his Samsung phone bc he needed to have it re-set up after a new phone had to be sent to him. Your staff refused to help him and sent him to another location, without even offering an appointment or any explanation other than “ I can’t bc there is a line and I’m the only one here.” No need to be rude about it. Could’ve been handled much better. I will not give this site any more business.

I stopped by this morning with an issue on my eSIM and my mom’s. He figured it out right away and had it fixed in less than a minute. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend!

Signed up for a new line, explicitly declined both insurance and next up. Log into my account for the first time after opening my line and see a much higher bill than anticipated. The rep decided to sign me up anyway, which I believe is illegal. Don’t go here unless you want to be scammed.

It was end of evening close to closing and I needed a new phone. I had had a bicycle accident and crushed my phone. Donovan at the Big Beaver store was great. Set me up and was on my way in 20 minutes. He took his time and didn’t rush. Good experience.

Kyle at The AT&T store in Troy, on Big Beaver Road is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answers all the questions. He knows details about every promotion.
He has access to all the inner workings and confusing details of all the different options, not to mention he’s very patient at explaining it all.
We were able to switch over to AT&T for cellular service and save significant money. I recommend looking into it.

Had to change my cellular plan yesterday and was just dreading how long it was going to take.
To my pleasant surprise Kyle C at this ATT store was amazing. He was beyond helpful, knowledgeable and quick. Got everything i needed to do in record time. Plus he showed me how to better use my plan.
