This was my third Physical Therapy experience. First one was horrible. I suffered through it and declined further treatment. Second was ATI Troy, third was ATI Troy. Everything about ATI Troy was fabulous. Both times. Kristyn, Erica, Beth, Dawson, Bob, Batool, and Julie work so well as a team it is amazing. They demonstrate how an exercise is to be done, and then leave you alone to do it. When they see imperfection, they magically appear and suggest or reshow the right way. I got a lot of follow up visits. Sure glad they were keeping an eye on me. Shoulder is healed and Dr. is now looking forward to doing the other shoulder in the next year. See all y'all next year.

Desaree was extremely positive and helpful in recovering full mobility in my left wrist and arm. Highly recommend for any arm based injuries requiring physical therapy.

I got a repetitive stress injuries from my job on both of my hands. Desaree is single handedly the best medical professional I've ever worked with. She was accommodating, listened to me, and treated me like a person real person- not a project like most doctors I encounter. I always looked forward to out biweekly meetings and recovered almost too quickly- I was sad to go!

Desaree’ and Nick are amazing! As soon as I stepped into the door I was offered the warmest welcome. I almost feel like they’re family at this point. I’ve never been in physical therapy until now and now I’m sad about my last day approaching. My hand and spirit has therapy when I come here.

The staff at ATI is amazing. I had a great experience setting up my therapy with Desiree, and I received therapy from Hannah and Patty who are both excellent therapists. I actually looked forward to therapy! Thank you ATI.

In July I had a fall which resulted in a broken wrist and surgery to repair it. I needed occupational therapy so that I could gain back my independence and mobility. I am so thankful to have found Desaree! She is so friendly, compassionate and welcoming. She was always on time and gave her full attention. She has helped me gain back my independence - which is important for a senior like me.

Just had third hand surgery, Desaree is the best certified hand therapist in the Detroit Metro area. Highly recommended and reliable. A true professional that knows what she is doing!

I would recommend ATI therapy to anyone. Desaree is awesome! She really helped me out after a bad hand injury . She is knowledgeable and a very positive person answering all your questions, paying attention to your needs and encouraging you all the step of the way .I won't miss having an injury but I will miss the friendly atmosphere that helped me out so much !

Desaree is wonderful! I just graduated from hand therapy today - she was professional, very uplifting and supportive. Best of all - my hand is functioning and feeling better than I thought possible! Highly recommend!COVID-related: proper precautions are in place, with more than adequate spacing, plenty of hand sanitizer and clear acrylic shields on the therapy tables to minimize risk.

I have to tell you this is the best hand therapist and metro Detroit. Des will get you together. She is very jovial and knows her craft. I have come to her since April after a horrific car accident, so I can tell you that she meets Q right where you are. She doesn't sugarcoat your health. You have to appreciate that when you're talking about recovery. I like that she is candid, thorough, and professional. There is no therapist like her. Do not assume that all hand therapy is created equally. I previously had a very poor occupational therapist. Occupational therapy is pivotal in recovery. she keeps your program mixed up and fresh. There is nothing like the level of dedication that she has. She is a hard worker and does not give up. If you give yourself the time she'll give you the time too. You just have to reach and she's going to reach with you. I have seen her work with many different people in my time there. She always treats everyone equally and fairly. Des goes far beyond what is the norm. She believes in you as long as you believe in you. And she believes in you even when you have a wavering opinion of if you can do it. I have to say that her treatment has made all the difference in the world for me.

I have had such a great time working with Desaree to get my life back after my accident. She took me from no movement in my wrist and fingers to fully functional. OT has helped me so much with getting the use of my hand back and not only that but it has helped immensely to work with someone who has so much experience in her line of work. I recommend her and ATI for any OT needs.

Desaree is the lead therapist here, and does an amazing job. She remembers where you’re at in your recovery, answers all of your questions from an educated medical perspective, reassures you that you are progressing while giving constructive feedback, and takes the time effectively to massage and stretch your injury. She is very patient and caring and makes your recovery a personal priority. I strongly recommend going to therapy with her.

I can't recommend ATI and Desaree in particular enough. Desaree is professional, an expert at getting you back towards normal function, warm, caring and willing to explain the process.I took some time away due to Covid and upon return happily continued right where we left off. I also want to say to those on the fence about starting or returning, Desaree/ATI is doing everything perfect when it comes to protecting the health of everyone. With the wearing masks, social distancing and sanitation, even I being high risk never worry when I'm there.

What an impressive atmosphere! I would recommend there service to anyone. I have one more session left, Desaree, Tracey and Melissa will be missed for sure.
