“Going through the service department was smooth and easy. I like that your vehicle can be scanned and it can tell you things about your car. I liked that the technician sent me a video of my car as they checked it out. I was communicated with through text, but I could also respond to the rep in person. The rep came to me in person also to help me with my concerns. I was able to use my wheel and tire insurance in order to pay for a new tire.”

“Its a manufacturing facility. Loading and unloading can be akward because it is in a crammed location. The people in shipping and receiving are friendly and helpful though. The place can be easy to miss even with a GPS. Pay close attention and slow down ahead of time and look for the sign because while visable it is somewhat obscure. If you miss it it's a real pain to turn around to get back to it in this busy area.”
