“The shop was thorough and sourced all the needed OEM parts The finished product was perfect. This required patience as they found additional damaged components after getting into the job. Getting the additional parts took more time than initially estimated. Made sense to me. I wanted the work done right and I came away highly satisfied. They worked seamlessly with my insurance who agreed with all of the shop’s recommendations. Should I need collision work again, they will be my go to guys.”
“Going through the service department was smooth and easy. I like that your vehicle can be scanned and it can tell you things about your car. I liked that the technician sent me a video of my car as they checked it out. I was communicated with through text, but I could also respond to the rep in person. The rep came to me in person also to help me with my concerns. I was able to use my wheel and tire insurance in order to pay for a new tire.”

“Its a manufacturing facility. Loading and unloading can be akward because it is in a crammed location. The people in shipping and receiving are friendly and helpful though. The place can be easy to miss even with a GPS. Pay close attention and slow down ahead of time and look for the sign because while visable it is somewhat obscure. If you miss it it's a real pain to turn around to get back to it in this busy area.”

“Been here for painting supplies for car paint repairs. Hours are short so you need to come here on a day off or early work day. Geared more for supplying auto repair shops which is ok.”
