They're drive through is no longer operating. The employees stared at me until I read the sign and pulled off. When I got inside the women was rude and told me to wait for the other teller because she was leaving, then continued to clean the office while a line of people were waiting. Very unprofessional.

I took an appointment for the notary service indicating the purpose She confirmed to visit the Bank. Upon visiting the bank same person indicated she cannot do Notary for the purpose I mentioned.And advised to visit ups or any other banks for Notary.Upon checking why the appointment was accepted this morning when you know my purpose of visit she doesn’t have any answer and simply said We do notary services but not for this request. Thank you for visiting today and I am unable to help you with the service.Better choose a different place or bank than these guys.

Racist Employees who are racially biased and operates on racist assumptions. Didnt give me proper service and accused me of fraud. Wont be returning and I suggest you shouldnt either.

Impossible to get a same day appointment for something as small as adding a person to an existing account. Ridiculous customer service.

Location always a line! One teller & closed drive thru.. One lady walks around and ask what you need but that's it. Could use her behind counter as a teller. This is my last trip to this location. Good luck here. You'll be in line forever.

If I could leave a 0 I would !! Came in to open a business account at 3:00 pm was told I needed to make an appointment! Left and went across the street and opened up an account with flagstar !

Maybe instead of having someone ask everyone why they’re at the bank (answer: to do their banking) the lady can hop behind the counter and process transactions. Good luck ever getting in and out of here in under 15 mins

Today’s service is so sad to utilize safe deposit box, as I needed to wait for about 30 minutes. Also there is no way to identify and to serve based on 1st come 1st basis.

We had to stop at BofA first thing in the morning for a wire transfer. We didn't have an apt but Christine M said that she had a cancellation and was able to get us in right away. she really saved us that day & it was much appreciated. Thank you!
