Jazmin was very helpful when I walked into the store and she went out of her way to help me find a new scent, which is After Dark, and made sure I had enough of everything for body care products. I will definitely be returning to see Jazmin in the future for more advice on body care products. This store has the best employees and they are very nice and willing to help you find what you want and need. Jazmin even carried my items in a store bag with my items in it and took it to the register and scanned everything for me without me lifting a finger which I thought was a very nice gesture to do.

Hands down the best BBW in Michigan and I’ve been to a lot of places. Nikki is such a pleasant person and always helpful whenever me and my daughter come in, my grandkids talk her and the other staff ears off and they still smile lol! I drive a bit to get to this location but it’s so worth the drive. Love this location and the whole staff!

Niki is an asset to this store and the company as a whole!!!!!! I am an avid candle and soap user. Even as my age and my income increases, I find myself at BBW for the ever evolving products (new, minimal design hand soap packaging is awesome! A new staple in my housewarming giftbaskets!) and items I’ve loved since I was in high school. Niki was by far the most passionate person I’ve ever met in the retail industry - let alone at a BBW. I grew up going to the Somerset location but I will absolutely make the trip to this location for the experience. My fiancé doesn’t care about candles and this woman sold him on one of the newer scents. I was shocked! Picked up 3 extra hand soaps and a candle because she suggested the scents. Was hesitant on the s’mores hand soap but she elaborated and confirmed the smell I was envisioning would be there. You should be ecstatic to have an associate like Niki! I planned to buy 1 candle when I walked in, I left with 3 hand soaps, 2 candles, and instructions from my fiancé on what to go back for when I had more time (we were browsing before a dinner in the same plaza). I will be following up with corporate to ensure her hardwork is acknowledged but I highly suggest you visit this location as a patron!! Feels personal and fun!
