Terrible service. I came to exchange a candle, the employee at the front of the store says it’s no problem as long as I pick something that’s the same price. I spend 20 minutes picking a candle, just for the older woman at the register to tell me I can’t exchange. Complete waste of time. How are employees working together providing different rules to customers? Ridiculous . They say they want you to love your purchase or you can exchange but that is not the case.
