I wish they made department stores like this more often! This is a classic former Hudson’s and it’s huge! I like the old school classy vibes this place has. Tons of selection and pretty clean.

What a great store! They have lots of store space which allows them to have a great selection of the high quality items we all love! They even have a whole floor dedicated to Men's clothing. During my visit the store was sparkly clean & very well organized.

I came in the store use the lower level ladies restroom. Came back upstairs to purchase sterling silver earrings I walked around the counter looked around no one asked me or told me someone would be with me. No one acknowledged me so I left. I'm a first responder I lost a silver earring and wanted to purchase another just walk in and out. I took my money elsewhere. Macy's doesn't need 400$ worth of earrings. Was it cause I am Afro-american and looked tired. Just saying. I will never shop here again. Sooo dissatisfied.

Went here a couple weeks ago to return a pressure cooker/air fryer I had bought for my daughter in law. It didn't work right out of the box. The lady working returns refused me right away & said i would have to mail it back. She said she made the lady in front of me just do the same.. After a little discussion she agreed to take it but then said it wasn't on my Macy's card,it is but I still had to pull up the order number & receipt on my phone. Next I went upstairs to buy some bedding but nope! I had questions but the employees spoke between themselves even though I went up to the register to talk to some one, I finally got a sigh & blank stare followed by, did you need help? I left at that point I decided to leave. I noticed how filthy the place was on my way out, carpet stains, discarded rubber gloves everywhere...,no thanks. This place has really gone way beyond downhill!

I was impressed what's the size of the men's department. Have you quite as selection. Better than most Macy's. The problem was when I went to check out the kid that was doing the check out didn't really act like he cared. I tried talking to him I asked him if he liked working here you go. It's okay. And I said it shows. Other than that it was okay I think they need more cheerful employees that care about customer service

We got such beautiful jewelry that was on sale+another 40% off!!One necklace was $39.00, marked down to $13.00!! Rings were $11.00, gold bracelets was $12.00. Even tho they were gold plated CZs, I was satisfied!!The real stuff was on sale, too!!This was my first time at Macy's, and I'll be going back for more!!

We saw a sectional online and wanted to see it in real life. Our sales representative was very helpful and we bought the sectional. After visiting numerous furniture stores we were surprised at the selection and pricing at Macy's
