I made an “appointment “ at 9:15am. I wasn’t called in until 10am. One person that came in after me was called in before me. I then waited another 20 minutes for the PA. The reason I made the appointment so early (I work until 9am so it was the earliest I could) was so there would be no reason for them to be backed up that bad.The PA came in and was very knowledgeable and helpful. She knew I needed a couple of shots and went to arrange it. 30 minutes later. Yes, 30 minutes later finally someone showed up with the shots. The delay in service was just inexcusable. Maybe they were short staffed??? Dunno. All they had to do is let me know that and it changes everything. As far as I know, I spent 1 hr 45 min waiting for something that took all of 5 minutes to figure out and treat. I will not go back to that location again.

I went to the urgent care due to a UTI. Everyone was very nice and professional and I was in and out within 20 minutes.. I would recommend this urgent care to everyone. There are many things that can be taken care of at this urgent care and avoid the emergency department. 5 stars isn’t enough stars if I could I’d give 10 stars.

Front desk girl seemed lost and didn't have enough customer service skills! the PA that saw my toddler was very nice but Unfortunatly forgot to send the prescription to the pharmacy and when i called to check they said they can't send it since it's been sometime for my sons fever! I paid $190 out of pocket technically for none sense service.

I originally liked this location, however, after my most recent visit, I’ve changed my mind. I waited an hour and a half in the lobby, just to wait an extra 30 minutes in my room. Once the doctor did see me, it took literally 2 minutes, although he was very nice. Guy at the front desk was not helpful and was dodging my questions when I asked about wait times. During my wait in the lobby, they took in patients every ~40 minutes. My care & health did not feel very urgent or important to them.

I needed to visit Urgent Care for medical issue and believed it would be better to use online tool to set-up and appointment. Received an appointment time of 3:05PM. Arrived at 2:50PM. After waiting until 5:00PM, I was finally taken to exam room. The attitude and friendliness of employees was fine. What I have an issue with is making an appointment and still waiting more than 2 hours to be seen. Then, I wasn't seen by a physician, it was a PA. Maybe I should have lied and said I had COVID. Those patients seemed to receive immediate attention upon arrival at the clinic. Very disappointing customer service from Beaumont/Corewell.

Support staff was very nice and apologetic for the wait. I went in on New Year’s day and did expect a wait, which was no problem. The doctor spent about 30 seconds in my room, did not listen to half of my symptoms and likely prescribed a route of medication that won’t help. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you are desperate.

The team was professional, efficient and the medical assistants were helpful and friendly. The physician was knowledgeable and informed me of how symptoms related to viral and not bacterial infections. I was impressed that he sent out the RSV screen for a more accurate result.Prescriptions were sent to pharmacy and discharge instructions were thorough. Thanks to all.I also scheduled online and was seen in a timely fashion

My experience was terrible.Arrived at the facility around 5:30 PM to seek medical help on my situation. I was asked to come back at 6:30 PM and as suggested I went back to the facility at 6:30 PM and I wasn’t seen by nurse until little after 8 PM, just before closing and they didn’t even care to look at my situation. While I was waiting at the reception, I requested staff to let me lie down some where as my health didn’t permit me to even stay sit in the chair. When I arrived at 5:30 PM, there were 4 people ahead of me and I wasn’t seen until little after 8 PM. Many people who showed up later than me were seen ahead of me while I couldn’t even sit and requested to let me lie down. The staff was less than cordial and certainly need to be kind to patients who are sick. There were tests done for COVID, Flu and Strep throat. I was told that all came negative and I am not contagious. The next day evening, I received a call from Beaumont and was told that my test results for strep throat are positive and are contagious for 2 days. Since the staff at Beaumont the prior night told me that results were negative, I entertained family and friends to visit me and see me as I was sick. Basically, I passed on my strep throat to many based on the wrong feedback that the urgent care staff.Over next couple of days, many of my friends got infected with strep throat from visiting me.Overall, the staff is irresponsible and unkind

Felt I received good care. They were busy, so it took some time. Still better than any ER times. I went because I fell and to rule out any fractures. Front desk staff, Med techs, xray tech, and NP were friendly, accommodating and attentive. Will go again in future if needed.

I am editing my review from 5 stars to 2 stars because I was misdiagnosed at this urgent care and every single medication I’ve taken in my life was added back to the “currently taking” option in Beaumont MyChart records. Everyone for the most part was nice to me except when the doctor tried to call me bluff on my symptoms. I was given the lowest dose of medication on the market for my “upper respiratory infection” and I have one pill left and I’m worse than before. I am at an actual doctor now with a diagnosis of nemonia. Thanks for wasting my time and money, hopefully I get actual help and get better soon at this doctor.

Checkin was fine but we went because my husband has been ill for five days explained that he knew it was a sinus infection since he has had them over the years. They asked him do you want a COVID test. He said sure but that is not what I feel I have. NP Anita came in and gave every excuse not to give antibiotics. She said use a netipot and some spray. Your temp needs to be 103 for us to really give antibiotics. He did have a temp of 100.4 for 2 days. She then said come back in 5 days if not better and then put diagnosis possible exposure to Covid to make sure insurance would pay for test. That is not what we came in there for. All about the money. He is now still coughing up pus and missing another day of work. I love Beaumont but cannot believe it is so hard to get a z pack. Again money grab.

This place is a joke. 1.5 hrs waiting for no physical exam, they billed my insurance for an office visit and fraudulently charged me for an exam that never happened. Even documented it. The PA said, "our results are probably wrong" when it came to the COVID test. I'm in healthcare and this is awful. If you need care this is not the place to go. I will be contacting my insurance for the fraudulent documentation. Good luck
