Natalie has been doing my hair at this location for years. She is the absolute best. My hair always looks amazing. She has been fabulous at giving suggestions to meet my needs as I always want change, but I never know what to do. She is also super welcoming and great to talk with. I love her. I highly suggest seeing her for your hair needs. I promise you won’t be let down.

I used to go to Amanda for my hair, but over time the experience has really gone downhill. On the surface, she’ll smile and act friendly, but it became very clear to me that she isn’t as genuine as she pretends to be. She tends to pick favorites, and the quality of her work reflects that, if you’re not one of those clients, you don’t get the same effort or results.
Another recurring issue was punctuality. Nearly every appointment, she showed up more than 10 minutes late, offered a quick excuse, and gave a halfhearted apology. It became a pattern, and honestly, it felt disrespectful of my time.
I’ve since found another hairdresser who not only values professionalism but also gives me the results I was hoping for all along, something Amanda unfortunately couldn’t deliver.
I don’t recommend Amanda, and this is coming from an 5+ years ex-client.

Elsa has been doing my hair for a year I had a wedding in May 2025 and she knew how excited I was ,she canceled me 5 days before and gave me no option to any other stylist and never called me back.I spent a lot of money there and tipped very well.I would never go back as I felt no professional action on her part they lost a paying customer and great tipper.😢

Lidjia has been doing my hair for over 15 years, and I can honestly say she’s not just a stylist; she’s a true artist and a genuinely beautiful person, inside and out. From regular appointments to major life moments, she’s always been there!! Including my wedding day, which she made happen the day after the 4th of July while she was 9 months pregnant! 💖 service doesn’t get any better than that!
Lidjia has also been doing my extensions for years, which became especially important after I experienced hair thinning and loss following childbirth. I went through my share of hair struggles, and Lidjia was not only incredibly skilled, but also compassionate and supportive during that time. She helped me feel confident again. She’s always up to date on the latest techniques and products, and takes the time to make sure everything looks seamless and natural.
Lidija also does my daughter’s hair, and is just as loving and patient with her as she is with me. Whether it’s a trim, a full style, or adding temporary red dye for a Disney trip, she makes it special. She always makes my daughter feel confident and excited about her look, and I’m so grateful for the care she puts into every detail.
She’s incredibly attentive, kind, warm, and professional and always going out of her way to accommodate my schedule. I leave her chair feeling not only beautiful but cared for. It’s rare to find someone so talented and so consistently committed to their clients.
If you’re lucky enough to sit in her chair, you’ll know what I mean. Thank you, Lidjia, for all the years of love and gorgeous hair!

*Update* After a few years of seeing other stylists due to distance, I returned to Bianchi's and Jane. I can say that now being able to compare her to many others that the service here is outstanding, the best in the business. Jane is a master stylist, she understands what hair needs and wants just by running her hands through it. I never tell her what I want, she gives me what I need and she's right every time. She knows what my hair can handle and she makes it look better than I ever imagined. Tthe environment is lovely too, the coffee is hot, the chairs are comfortable, the ambiance is calm, but the service is top-notch. It's worth every penny. I will be back again

Great experience! Maddy is amazing! I came to her with 6 months of grayish brown grow out, with a harsh line of yellowed out old highlights. She listened to my vague explanation of what I wanted and made the vision a reality. My grays are blended perfectly and the yellow is gone. She is also a wonderful human and it was a pleasure to spend multiple hours with her as she corrected the mess. Very pleased with this experience! A few before pics with after pics in different lighting. Love it.

Martin is the best hair stylist I’ve ever had! After a freak accident with stripping my hair at a different salon, I went to him and haven’t looked back since.
He’s an expert with color and has given me the best hair cuts I’ve ever had. Not only that, he’s helped to repair the damage that was done to my hair previously! I’ve never felt so at ease in a salon chair.

I had my hair colored, highlights and cut with Maddy at Bianchis Salon in Troy today. Maddy is very skilled and talented and definitely freshened up my style. Maddy seemed to know exactly what I needed. I've been to lots of hairdressers and she is a keeper!

Tracey took the time to explain her ideas and how to prepare my hair for my wedding. Then she changed the style before I left the salon, so my fiancé will see it for the first time at our wedding! I felt beautiful!
