Never having had to use a medical supply store before, I was not looking forward to the experience. I was so impressed with the service and professional help with the item I purchased. Andrea walked me thru all the steps in proper usage and was so cheerful and upbeat I forgot I was sick!

I would highly recommend if you're in need of medical supplies to check out Binson's before going anywhere else. Came in for a breast pump and knew nothing about them and was educated on all available products. Andrea was friendly and informative.

Horrible customer service. My prescription was called in for an item that was readily available and it took over a week to get the item. The lady on the phone was rude and it took me 3 phone calls to get the item (durable medical equiptment) unacceptable. Won’t be returning

Terrible service from the DME lady. Was trying to schedule a pickup for one of their products and lady had a whole lot of attitude for no reason. I had to be respectful the whole time in order to get the service done. In her defense she was nice at times, but for the main part made me feel like I was doing something wrong.

My pregnant wife was told breast pump prescription would not be paid for through insurance until after baby was born. Called insurance and they refuted this claim and we ended up going to another store to complete the prescription. Extremely dissatisfied with this “service” and won’t be visiting this location again

I oven and hart medical do NOT hold a candle to Binsons, they are there to help people in need. I am a senior that needs oxygen from time to time, Inogen wanted close to $2000 for oxygen and Hart said I needed too much and would not help me. Binson got me a portable unit and delivered it right to my front door. Man that delivered it was super nice and called me earlier in the day to let me know when he would be here, was about fifteen minutes early. if you need any medical equipment for you or a loved one please use Binsons and let your doctor know that is who you want to go through Bless you Binson you have made my life so much better and easier

I had a very bad experience the first time I delt with Binsons with my son and getting a wheel chair. They never submitted the paper work for his wheel chair on time and it took over a month to even get them to correctly get things taken care of. Now here I am again years later, and I was LIED to 3 times. Everything started off fine. I was fitted for my knee brace, the knee brace is actually already there waiting for insurance aproval. I called the next day to make sure the paper work was submitted. I was told they had just received my paper work from my doctor and they would be submitting everything to insurance the next day when the girl who does it is there... Fine, I called the next day and was on hold for the girl who submits the paper work. (I WAS TOLD BY THEM AND NEVER ASKED TO SPEAK TO HER) She said yes, we received the paper work JUST NOW THIS morning (I was lied to by someone again) and she would be submitting it. Ok fine I am in a lot of pain and need this brace, but they seem to not be concerned by this at all. I went into Binsons and asked if they could let me know about the brace. FIRST the Older lady, do not care to even know her name laughed at me and said no way it takes 7-10 business' days to even get anything back. I said um ok, so then the other girl who was sitting next to her said, what's your name. She looked at me and said I just submitted that this morning, LIED TO AGAIN. I explained about my phone calls, she said don't worry (she said my insurance out loud) is fast. I said unreal and walked away. THIS IS DISGUSTING. They lie to people over and over and nothing will be done. I will NEVER EVER deal with them again. I just want my brace and be done.

I was talking to a customer service lady @ 8/7/2023 @ 11:20 EST regarding issues with data download on my CPAP app and she just hung up on me. First of all, I was on hold for 10 minutes and then she hung up without completely answering me. It was really rude.

Last summer when my mom lived up the road from here I was here at her command to buy something, return something, and buy something again. It was a pain, but the fact that this store had the products I needed was golden. I stopped here yesterday because I sat on her grabber and broke it. In my defense it was hiding under her afghan. She said she absolutely needed a new one after my super gluing job didn't hold it together. I got her a new one, which is even better, especially for picking up pens and other small objects like her eye drops. I even got 15% off with my Yelp Check in! It was a win- win situation because I re- glued the original grabber and it works fine, so I get to keep it.

I needed new compression socks and always go to Binson's. This is the first time I went to the Troy location . They fitted me and they had the insurance approved and was able to pick them up the next day . Great customer service. Special thanks to Vera she was great.
