The staff really love all the pups that come in. Tour was thurough and informative. The staff went over the daily structure of meals/playtime. Cameras to watch the dogs is a great idea.

We love Camp Bow Wow! More importantly, our dog does. He is so excited to get there and loves playing with the friends he's made there (both dogs and humans). The staff is really on the ball and efficient, but the best thing is that you can tell they really love what they do. They always give us a verbal report of what our pup was up to during the day and we've seen them on camera showering him with belly rubs and affection. We have lived in lots of different places, but our experiences at other Camp Bow Wows was similar. They clearly hire good people and have good training. It shows. We never worry when we trust our buddy to CBW.

The staff of this establishment was nice in answering my questions about what it takes to join the day camp. They took me on a tour of their nice facility and interviewed my dog. Unfortunately, my 19 week puppy was rejected due to him not being socialized enough and not having manners. Good dog owners know that dogs should not be with otherdogs until they are fully vaccinated around 4 months. My dog has been mostly been with me for majority of the time. I even tried to have him attend a puppy training class with other dogs, but to no success. Honestly, I thought doggy day camp would be a great place for him to start socializing while he is young. It is, but this place is not an option. Not a bad place, but should not be considered for young puppies.

We have been going to Camp Bow Wow for a while now and my dog loves coming here. As we make the turn into the parking lot he sits up and gets so excited. The best part of taking him is knowing that he’s is being taken care of and he comes home tired.

We recently toured this facility and was very impressed with the layout and the schedules for playtimes. The services that are offered are wonderful and will really benefit my dog. I am happy with the boarding services and the day camp. I am sure my dog will be really happy. Everyone I met on the staff was really nice so I know my dog is in good hands.

They took great care of my dog while we were on a long vacation. It was nice to be able to see him on the webcams, and he seemed to be enjoying himself!

I do not recommend boarding here. My dog stayed there over the Thanksgiving holiday and was involved in some sort of altercation to which she received a laceration and I was not notified. On top of that, my dog developed an infection because she remained at Camp with an open wound. And then they called me the morning i was supposed to pick her up to tell me that my dog was acting up and had blood in her stool. No mention of any cuts or lacerations. I had to take her to the vet for an examination and she was put on several antibiotics thanks to her stay at CBW.

Romeo was there for 2 nights. While the family and I were up in Traverse City. The staff was friendly and courteous. They gave me tour. And a test trial for 3 hrs. Before the date to drop off my dog. To see how Romeo would act around other dogs. They sent me updates and text pics. To show me and tell me how Romeo was doing. While we were away. I knew he was in good hands. And well taken care of. I would definitely go back. And recommend this place to anyone

Everyone is super friendly. They remember you even if you don't go every day. Our pup always has an absolute blast when she goes. The staff works with you and your pup to make sure everyone is having the best experience they can. The grooming services are also super well priced and are well done. Highly recommend!

Please look elsewhere. My dog came back with a bacterial infection after just one night there. It’s clear that the place is not clean at all.

This place is good for short-term daycare, but I absolutely do not recommend boarding here. The staff are friendly and my pup loves the playtime, but they are way too quick to pull a dog out for “illness.” On more than one occasion, I have had to completely abandon my vacation halfway through, because my dog was sent home—first because he threw up once after eating and second because he was coughing. On both occasions, he came home with zero signs of illness.Dogs cough, puke, p**** pee, and do all kinds of gross things. They’re dogs. That’s what they do. That’s why we board them. I understand and even appreciate that there are health standards, but this place charges entirely too much not to handle a little cough. Their safety protocols are simply too sensitive. It is so incredibly frustrating to be away from home and have to find a way back—god forbid you have to change a flight. I recommend you avoid boarding here whenever possible.

My pup always gets excited to see her friends and the staffers at Camp! They treat her like one of their own the minute we walk in for daycare or boarding, and I’m always comfortable leaving my furbaby with this great team. I enjoy the very personal stories I hear about my dog when picking her up and the clean and open facility. A nice perk is the easy to use app for scheduling and checking in on your pup on cams throughout the play areas. Thanks Camp Bow Wow!

My dog Marley boarded here for a few days and it was a great experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I received pictures from the staff of their time spent with Marley and I felt like they really care for them like their own pets ?
