5 people in the store and security blocked the entrance, said that we have to Wait to get in to be served, I consider that very poor service, I will not give them my business in the future

Small store with limited selection but the top notch customer service and Canada Goose experience you receive makes up for it. I wanted a color that wasn’t available in store and the staff helped me order it with free next day shipping.

There's a line to get into the Canada Goose store. They won't let you in without an associate to follow you around. Concerns about sticky fingers or an effort to make sure your experience is top notch. There's a staff in an vest uniform at the front door as well. Small store space. We waited about 10 minutes to get in or so. His strange is that? The hubby likes the Carson length and fit best. He wants to match my Rossclair. The chateau with the black label looks like mine. Matt waited on us. We ended up with the black Carson, that was the winner for the hubby. He helped us out through the full store experience and had an associate bring up the right size and color. I did pay a couple of hundred less for my Rossclair from Nordstrom than it costs here, but that was a couple of years ago. Garment prices have gone up for sure. Lifetime warranty on their coats. They will he discontinuing the fur on their coats after they run out of the fur this or next year.

Terrible customer service and a ridiculous exchange policy. My wife has (3) Canadian Goose coats... needless to say, we've spent plenty of money with your company. I bought her a coat online for her birthday and after wearing it once, she wanted a size up so we went into your store to exchange it. Again, she had worn it once. Because she tore the tag off, they refused to exchange it. Not at all what I would expect from a "high end" company where customer service should be exceptional and your exchange policy forgiving considering the price of your merchandise. Clearly, you do not understand customer lifetime value. Instead, due to the policy and the manager, who was rude and ridged, you lost a customer for life. Simply exchanging the jacket, you would earn 2-3X more money over time from myself and my family. Not to mention, all of the free "advertising" as I was nothing short of a brand ambassador for Canadian Goose prior to this experience. Now I am just a disgruntled PITA writing poor reviews online and telling everybody that will listen about my negative experience with Canadian Goose. I could understand if the jacket was "worn" or if it was beyond 30 days, etc. but this was not the case. As somebody with 20+ years in the service industry, I am baffled that you maintain such a short-sided viewpoint and exchange policy and frankly, I expected so much better... What a shame.Needless to say. I will never spend another penny with Canadian Goose.
