Recently got a new CPAP and all the peripherals from Care One. Marissa was wonderful helping me find the right equipment based on my needs. The reason this review is for nlt 3 stars is due to their supply order process. If you call they only offer a call back in 2 - 3 business days! Care one desperately need an online order process!

High quality CPAP equipment. Billed on a rental period of 10-13 months, after which the device is paid in full.

Used this company for a year, decent service then, could not receive my husbands supplies until deductible was met due to their policies. They would not send out supplies and then bill me, the lady I talked to said I’m sorry it’s out of my hands if I could I would send them out , I called my insurance company and they said that was crazy they should send out supplies and should send bill after submitting to insurance, not care one medical well needless to say the doctors office sent rx to another medical supply place and was contacted same day, shipped out same day and received the day and will bill us after. I will never use this company again.

I feel compelled to write a follow up here. After contacting the supervisor it was determined that the order I was told was shipped out the 14th was in fact NEVER received by the warehouse so most certainly not ever shipped from Texas as I was told. Chantal apologized and committed to following up with the staff to address how it was initially handled, the fact that I was not given the correct information and that I had to follow up a third time as they never got back to me after the second call I made. Additionally, she pulled some stock from the office and personally took the items to the local post office and I received them the very next day. I will see how the next order goes before a final decision on if they keep my business but this was very encouraging.

To me the best part of Care One is the continuous commitment to fine service and follow up. With most companies you get lots of attention when you want to buy and then when it comes to service, the quality of follow up falls off or is actually poor. With Care One the level of service is actually as good, if not better, than the sales process. In particular, Todd Hobbs, has continually helped me when I needed it and through his experience actually helped me understand how to best operate and use my sleep apnea equipment. The difference is I am now sleeping much better and I feel confident what he says works.As an example of his service yesterday I called him asking when my new supplies would be shipped and today he called and confirmed when they will arrive. To me the true test of whether you want to continually work with a company is the service after the sale and the quality of the people you are dealing with. To me Todd Hobbs exemplifies what I look for.

Went in to pick up my new cpap. Jodie made sure I understood how to operate and clean the machine. Fitted the mask for me. Answered all my questions. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The best customer service ever! I was having trouble getting in to try a new mask. After a couple times of canceling my appointments, I received a call from Jodi and she worked with me over texts and is sending me my new mask! I could not be happier! Great job!

If I could give more stars I would. After a long un-diagnosed case of severe sleep apnea my order was sent to Care One. Unbeknownst to myself or Care One my insurance was not accepted but they knew my results and how severe my case was so they allowed me to keep the machine until the issue was sorted out. As if that wasn't enough Michele (who is probably an Angel in disguise) went out of her way to advocate for me to keep the machine, she contacted my doctor to have a participating provider found and when that provider stated they had a 4-6 month back order on machines she actually worked to find a company that could get me a machine within a week. I cannon put into words the gratitude and appreciation I have for the whole team but especially Michele. Because of how severe my case is I feel she is actually, literally, a life saver!!

They use to be wonderful pre-pandemic. There was a problem with my blue cross last year that ended up being an easy fix. Instead of contacting me they put a hold on my account. By the time I found out they were six weeks late for my medical supplies. After finally getting things taken care of I thought everything was all set. Again when I was suppose to get medical supplies it took me 3 phone calls and 10 days to get them ordered. I was told they had forgotten to take the hold off my account. Now once again I am waiting for a return call. I was suppose to be eligible for supplies 3 days ago. I have called and left messages twice and still waiting.

So bad experience… they send supplies I ask for large size cpap mask … and they send lage size mask and 2 cushions midsize and it could not fit on my nose … Lady on the phone said they don’t wanted replace … offer me to buy additional cushions… what I will do with one they send on first place ….

Absolutely awful!! From start to finish, to get someone to contact me was next to impossible, I got my machine at the beginning of Covid they pretty much dropped it off and left me to figure everything out myself. No one ever told me how often the supplies needed to be replaced or even that there was a filter that needed to be replaced. I never received bills/ phone calls or even emails, when I recently called to see if I can get replacement pieces I was told they sent numerous messages etc, I literally found an email I received with the wrong number they’ve been calling, I sent them the correct number but it doesn’t matter no one calls me back. Now they say I owe them outright for a machine I’ve never received a bill for. My husband just got a machine and the company he goes through is much better! They call frequently to check on him and send he is able to make monthly payments. One lady did tell me it wouldn’t be a problem and I just needed to do another sleep study and could just keep the machine I have and get the new attachments, she told me this a month ago and was very friendly, well she has gone mia and no one will work with me to resolve the issue. I believe that since I came right at the beginning of Covid I was forgotten about. At least I hope that was the case because if they treat all their patients like this I am appalled! Do your homework!! I wish I did! This company has no interest in working with the patient for a solution.
