Wanted to give a shout out to Sue who helped my daughter and I recently. She was so kind and helped us find exactly what we needed for our new grandson. Her patience and kindness made our shopping here a great experience. The store was also clean and lots of availability.

Should update store hours on Google, drove up there on a Sat night right past 7 pm and they were closed already. The store info on Google says 8:00 pm.

Never ever go to that store. Store hours say online its closes at 8pm. But after came from long away they said they close at 7. Worst customer service.

I have been buying in Troy Store almost 10 Years, This purchase I had pretty bad experience with there service. I bought 5 pairs in the that one pair was very short for my grandson I gone for exchange and they immediately told it was washed as print was gone, I told here check other pairs which they have in store they also looks almost same as mine still she told it was washed. So that mean they are selling all washed and used cloths as a new for the customers ?
