Got the phone in July, but was not able to begin using it until August due to the carrier failing to unlock the device before sending it out to us. After numerous trips to the T-Mobile store, eventually we had the employees call CellCow and ask them to unlock it - which they claimed they had already done, but until we called they could not add the line to my account.Fast forward to October and the entire phone dies. We eventually took it in to an apple authorized repair specialist and they informed us that it seemed like the logic board just died.Reached out to CellCow and they refused to do anything as it was outside of the 90 day amazon guarantee window. Waste of $360~ or so for what is essentially now a paperweight.Overall I wouldn't suggest doing business with this company unless you're willing to risk devices breaking JUST outside of the warranty window and dealing with poorly handled device unlocking.

I bought a gold phone from Cell Cow but they shipped me a rose gold phone instead. The man I emailed back and forth with was quite unprofessional and rude to me. He told me they didn’t actually have any gold phones. In the end I just returned the phone and though I was refunded it was all a hassle and an unpleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them.

Phone blew a speaker after 7 months. $465 dollars for a phone that worked well for 7 months. Cellcow declined twice to make it right, sighting their 90-day warranty. Shame on you!!! To get it fixed I will lose Face ID for logins. Terrible!!!
