I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Don't waste your time with these clowns and MOVE your money ASAP. We are moving all of our personal and business 401k accounts ASAP. I don't trust them with our info and the login credentials. This has to be the worst company out there!

The Worst. Literally Been trying to open my accounts for four months. The branch representative tells me he cant do anything and to call support. And then support NEVER calls back. I cant overstate how horrible Schwab has been to work with. Any business you try to give money to that refuses to call you back is a business you should avoid. I'll repeat THE WORST

Every time I need to contact my rep they are no longer working there and I have to find someone else who is never good at responding to emails and phone calls (Joe Millard). Now that I am retired and need to watch my portfolio closer, maybe I should find another company to handle my retirement that is more accessible.

Questions on investments, managing money, planning for retirement? Come to this location! Zoya was amazing to get us started with Charles Schwab. She walked us through the amounts of money we had in different accounts, what different investment funds we should consider, briefly discussed our future goals, and set us up with a financial advisor to further our investment strategy and plan. The Charles Schwab environment made us feel comfortable with the investment direction we are going in.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service of this location. It was very surprising how rude both secretaries were because the people we have interacted with at Charles Schwab for the years we have had accounts here have been great. It felt like we were inconveniencing them and when we asked to speak to a retirement advisor one of the secretaries said she “didn’t know their schedules, probably can’t talk to anyone today.” She told us to just go online or call the 1-800 number. We were considering moving all of our retirement to Schwab but now we are reconsidering.

Very helpful and responsive. I have had a number of questions and am very pleased with the service and guidance from Brian Atherton. There is very little pressure and he has the heart of a servant and educator. Both skills are what I need right now. My portfolio is not huge and that didn't seem to matter. He also assisted getting my college kids set up and let them know how to add small amounts to watch it grow. I'm very appreciative of Brian's help.

To be upfront, my family has been a long time customer of Charles Schwab, but I have been relative inactive with them. I just graduated from college and decided set up a meeting to talk about initial investing/long term financial planning. I met with Jeff K. and he was very helpful in explaining the services that Charles Schwab can offer. He first gauged my financial understanding (I have taken a couple corporate finance classes in college) and knew exactly how to communicate the information. Jeff was also very helping in helping me find a happy medium in how active I wanted to be in my investing profile and I decided to use their Intelligent Portfolios program (No Fees!). Overall, highly recommend anyone, especially new college grads, to check Charles Schwab out.

Charles Schwab employees failed to notate my daughters account (I am POA) that they received a check. Told me they did not have it. So I stopped payment. Actually spoke with a supervisor and Steve Muth in advocacy team dept. A week later I get an email they have the check but they stole her Roth IRA, yep the entire account disappeared. Mr. Muth does not seem efficient in his job as he does not seem to be able to get "things done" or come up with answers. You cannot reach corporate headqaurters to let them know their employees are screwing up. Avoid this brokerage. Avoid them at all costs. They stole $6000 from us by confiscating my daughters Roth IRA - it disappeared.
