I have been banking at this branch for over 10 years and have consistently been impressed by the level of service. In recent years, Sandra has been my primary contact for our banking needs, and her exceptional service has truly stood out. I’ve also worked with some other employees at this branch, and I am consistently pleased by their professionalism, customer service, and the effective solutions they provide. I highly recommend this branch to anyone seeking reliable and great banking services.

I found the staff at this branch extremely unhelpful. I brought my Canadian funds in to exchange and was offered 10% less than the stated exchange rate on Google. If that wasn't bad enough the teller was looking for any reason he could find to not serve me, telling me simply having a Chase Credit Card was not enough of a reason for him to even assist me. Then once he was convinced by his boss he had to work with me he scrutinized every bill and rejected a $5 legal tender bill because it had tape on it.

There is absolutely no justification for remaining with a bank that boasts great wealth but offers the worst ATM services across various locations. After reviewing the 18 mile and Dequindre location, I am now faced with a similar experience at 18 and Rochester. The management at Chase should feel ashamed of their services and business practices, as even the smallest banks do not encounter such problems.

Made an appointment to review business credit cards at 330. Walked in at 324. Waited till 350 to be seen only for the baking agent to pull up their website and ask me which one I want. Didn't even seem like they wanted me to sign up. Just a waste of time.

atm took my deposit of 480 and only credited 40 dollars into my account. I filed a claim and 18 days later these crooks reversed it. No call no email. Just woosh. I'm going to file a police report and report it to government agencies unless these people want to give me the old run around. I will never deposit money into a atm ever again. Also, who ever did my ''investigation'' didn't even check the cameras.

Every time I go to this branch, the elderly European American female has a smart aleck, peripheral, and often micro agressive comment to make. I may have to start driving the additional distance South to Big Beaver to avoid this unnecessary experience.

Their ATMs need to be updated..with warning that they cannot dispense money specifically Van dyke and 12 mile. They stole My money it is their fault and i have to wait weeks to get My money back for something that was their error un the meantime My bills are coming in and i have no money pay because they are holding my money hostage.

I really hate the location of the ATM. It's located in the back of the building, in a dimly lit space, with little to no traffic. With the murder next door at Belle Tire, it's a bit scary coming here to bank. We started using Bank of America's ATM across the street, where client safety means more.Luckily, we left unsafe Troy, MI because of the terrible schools and haven't returned to bank here since. The app is fantastic for tracking spending habits, which shows I spent six figures not in trashy Troy, MI but supporting other cities and local businesses.
