Made an appointment to review business credit cards at 330. Walked in at 324. Waited till 350 to be seen only for the baking agent to pull up their website and ask me which one I want. Didn't even seem like they wanted me to sign up. Just a waste of time.

atm took my deposit of 480 and only credited 40 dollars into my account. I filed a claim and 18 days later these crooks reversed it. No call no email. Just woosh. I'm going to file a police report and report it to government agencies unless these people want to give me the old run around. I will never deposit money into a atm ever again. Also, who ever did my ''investigation'' didn't even check the cameras.

Every time I go to this branch, the elderly European American female has a smart aleck, peripheral, and often micro agressive comment to make. I may have to start driving the additional distance South to Big Beaver to avoid this unnecessary experience.

Their ATMs need to be updated..with warning that they cannot dispense money specifically Van dyke and 12 mile. They stole My money it is their fault and i have to wait weeks to get My money back for something that was their error un the meantime My bills are coming in and i have no money pay because they are holding my money hostage.

I really hate the location of the ATM. It's located in the back of the building, in a dimly lit space, with little to no traffic. With the murder next door at Belle Tire, it's a bit scary coming here to bank. We started using Bank of America's ATM across the street, where client safety means more.Luckily, we left unsafe Troy, MI because of the terrible schools and haven't returned to bank here since. The app is fantastic for tracking spending habits, which shows I spent six figures not in trashy Troy, MI but supporting other cities and local businesses.

Just wanted to open a savings account but the manager didn't think I was a US citizen and told me they were booked even though I was the only person waiting at 940am. He also gave me no option to schedule an appointment just told me to go online. I went to bank of America.

I have had good experiences with chase as a whole because family members bank there. Horrible experience my one and only time at this location. One employee working, another walked by, while 2 employees in the lobby were having a personal conversation. (I know this because I could hear them). They waited until a 5 person line out the door formed to even acknowledge the lobby full of customers. I came to switch my checking and savings to them. The employee asked me to have a seat, said she had an appointment but the other man could help me shortly. (after she had already helped the people behind me in line). after joining them in the waiting area They told the employee I can go first because I was next in line. She then said she could actually help them, because the other guy might be awhile... I barely felt treated like a human, let alone a customer. I had no problem letting them know as I walked out the door that I wouldn't be back. This was confirmed when another customer walked out after me and said she banks at two places and highly recommends the other over chase.
