Poorly trained staff, under staffed, always long waiting time for basic banking needs. Appointment made, confirmed online, yet, showed up and not available, like this branch has forgotten how to do basic retail banking service. This branch used to be our favorite.

Nobody there really knows how to do their job is the problem... If you aren't asking the most basic questions they just flounder. I needed a bank verification, pretty standard right? Well apparently only for the people on the phone who think everyone at this branch is incompetent. I go in for a verification per the help line. I'm told they don't do bank verifications and they can only give me a deposit slip. Denied. Go back and say I need a verification form, they tell me it doesn't exist but I refuse to leave so they look it up. Oh wow there is, they give me a number and say I have to call and they do it. Go home, call, the phone number they gave me doesn't work. I call the first line again and ask for it and they say yes, but if I don't do it from the branch the account number won't be shown. I say fine, that should work. Denied. I call AGAIN and they say my only option is to go into the branch and they will have me sign a request letter and they have to fax it in or I can mail a letter. I'll go to a different branch, because these people are absolutely incompetent.

Bank teller lady: rude
Manager lady: rude
For such a nice area, city and county you would expect to have top quality customer service and good attitudes. We as chase customers are paying for your service, I don’t recommend this location at all.

Before interacting with the tellers, I had a conversation with one of bank managers who assured me that I could ask for him if any issues arose. However, my experience with the bank staff was disappointing, especially when I tried to deposit the check. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Despite the manager's advice, when I attempted to ask for him, the tellers were reluctant to comply without offering any clear reasons.
This lack of communication and willingness to assist made me feel unwelcome. Frankly, this frustrating experience made me prefer the complications of call center navigation over another visit to the bank.

Miserable to contact. Called to get their currents interest rate. Got shuffled from one AI answering platform to another. All the responses asked for my account number and/or whether I have a personal or business account with them. No place for a response for a new customer. After 15 minutes back and I was able to talk to two people. Unfortunately they did not know anything about interest or accounts.
There are lots of banks.
So now reason to contact this Chase bank again.

The worst bank by far in Metro Detroit. Look at the reviews. They make up bank policies whenever it suits them. We fix an issue and make sure in won't happen again, only for condescending bank tellers to say we never did that, it's against our policies. That's weird it was okay two months ago. Go to a Michigan owned and operated bank, not Chase.

Horrendous. Chase service is almost non-existent. The bank has tried to automate everything, so when you call you waste 20 minutes listening to a bunch of recorded messages that have nothing to do with why a person would want to speak with a live customer service representative, no one ever answers and you get disconnected after having to torture yourself with their recordings. Clearly it's time to look at other options.

I go to chase bank all the time to make business deposits and the clerk today told me she wouldn’t take my loose change and wanted me to roll it. Every other chase I’ve ever been to never had an issue until today. Super frustrating I have to go out of my way to find another chase to do the same transaction because this lady is lazy!!!
