Please do not send your child to this daycare. The center is filthy, it is a zoo. My daughter was put in a classroom of only boys being hit and pushed all the time. They did not tell me that was not a good distribution of kids by gender in the classroom. I asked for her to change classroom and they said no. I paid the full week and they did not offer a partial refund since I took my daughter out of this center after two days. The director is very unprofessional and very rude.

Childtime on Crooks is the best preschool in Troy area. Class Teachers Miss Amy & Miss Kellie are very caring, They spend most of time with kids & keep kids engaged in outdoor & indoor activities. The leadership team of Miss Rebecca & Miss Hailey are always helpful & shares updates regarding school on daily basis . Childtime has overall good facilities & environment is always clean. My Son loves going to his Pre K class daily & enjoys playing with his friends.

By far the most caring place for children. my daughter is 4 1/2 and has been attending this childtime since she was 3 1/2. I only have postive things to stay about the staff and the site.we even did the summer camp.

This is a terrible daycare. I say that as someone with 12 years of early childhood care experience and a PhD in education. The staff at this daycare are criminally overworked and inattentive to the needs of the children. They spend the vast majority of their time doing administrative tasks rather than caring for the children. The majority of this seems to be spent interacting with the tablet based app.We have sat and watched the live feed as our daughter just bawled and cried for attention while the teachers ignored her, back to her, tapping away on the tablet. I understand that there are administrative tasks, but those should NEVER be prioritized over the physical or emotional health of a task.Worse, the staff simply lied or deceived us about her days. My wife and I watched live as our daughter sat in a corner crying for 30 minutes. The staff then walked over, gave her a ball, took a picture, and posted it. They then went back to letting her cry alone. This is an "instagram reality" daycare that is more focused on getting a few good photos than protecting your child.I want to be clear that this is not the emotional reaction to one bad day, or a helicopter parent going nuts on one bad experience. I have over a decade of professional education experience and I can say that I observed a pattern of inappropriate care practices at this facility. We withdrew our daughter as soon as we found a new option.

I contacted them to find out more information about tuition. They provided the standard pricing, and couldn't provide any more detail. The Director has all financial information. However, we cannot have any communication with the Director without having an in-person tour. For something which costs $44k+ a year for twins, I want to discuss pricing options with the director before wasting valuable time away from my kids to have a tour.Pricing comes first, then a tour comes after if Pricing is viable!Upon discovering this on the initial call, I told them to cancel the tour. The representative never cancelled the tour, so I kept getting reminder calls, confirmation calls, etc. After calling back and explaining the reason for missing the scheduled tour (that they never cancelled it as requested), they still would not allow me to contact the director.A lot of time-waste just to call through the automated phone system, to not even be able to talk to the person running the daycare.

Update: My daughter has been in early preschool/Preschool with Ms Noel for almost 1 1/2 years and you can tell how much Ms. Noel loves teaching and the extra effort and patience she puts in with the children every day is very much appreciated. She is very good with communication especially since parents aren't allowed to be in the classroom due to covid- I am kept up to date on what my daughter is learning. The crafts and experiments they do seem so fun and creative and they started Kindergarten prep which will put her on the path for school readiness in the future. My son has been thriving in the infant room- since they have reopened 4 months ago I have seen such a positive change in him and he is meeting all his milestones on time. He is my second child to be taken care of by Ms. Kristina and I have no complaints or concerns in regards to his safety and well being. As an essential worker- I feel good to know that in these times that I can leave my children with caregivers I can trust while I am away. Thank you for all you do!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Childtime. The director, Tamika, has been very accommodating with our schedules and so helpful. My son has been in the infant classroom and absolutely loves it. The infant classroom teachers Kristina and Kim have been so caring and loving towards my son. They work on all developmental milestones with infants and we can see our son thriving. We never have to worry about him as well because the teachers always update the app during the day with when/what he ate, diaper changes, naps, and even send pictures and videos. I highly recommend this center!!

I and my son really love this learning center for my grand daughter. With these trying times the education systems are slipping away quickly and with the parents that are essential workers we appreciate the time and value the help this facility/teacher spends dedicating her self whole heartedly as she teaches my grand daughter. This center gets An A+ and 5 Stars from our family.

Most of the staffs are experienced and sweet but some are very rude. When I went to pick up my daughter, one of the staffs was yelling at a 3 year old child asking he to communicate with her and stop crying. The same person complained to me that my 1 year old baby throws food on the floor and wouldn't listen to her (that's what babies do?!!). I recently put her in another daycare and I'm so glad now!!

The staff at Childtime are very caring & well trained. They really love kids. My wife and I have been very impressed. Our son really likes his teachers and classroom friends. This is our only experience with a daycare, but it has been & continues to be excellent.
