When I went into the showroom I had absolutely no idea what I wanted. Itchel helped to design and coordinate everything to fit within our budget. She gave us several options to choose from. Itchel made our experience pleasant and not stressful.

Our experience at CIOT was amazing! I had gone to a dozen or more metro-Detroit stone suppliers and CIOT was one of my final stops. I was beginning to lose hope that we would find what we wanted in the countertops, but CIOT had such a great (and unique) selection. We worked with Sarah E. and she was great! Open and honest communication and timely responses made the experience that much better! I highly recommend CIOT and working with Sarah for your countertop needs. Peter Dosmann was extremely helpful in showing us the entire collection of products in their warehouse. He was very knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of each of the materials we’re considering for our kitchen remodel. Great overall experience. The options provided are endless and incredibly beautiful. However, with so many options it can be challenging to narrow down design ideas and make decisions. Catherine made this experience so much easier on me and my fiancé. She guided us through the decision process and was extremely professional, patient, and had a natural eye for design. Once we explained our vision and other selected finishes, she was able to narrow down the slabs, provide specific pros and cons, and gave us a full customized service and even advice for other new-build selections. I could not recommend this location and Catherine enough! It's also fun experience to walk around and admire all the showroom has to offer.

Excellent experience at Ciot. I love the product, the prices and the service. I have worked with Peter Dosmann, for several years - on clients’ projects…and have always been happy with my experience. Most recently, I started my own bathroom renovation. It took me years - of looking for “the right” tile. I would pop into the showroom unannounced and Peter always had time to grab me samples and help me come up with options. He was patient, creative, communicative, responsive, and accountable. He always goes the extra mile. On the very rare occasion that there has been a glitch - the team at Ciot work together to come up with a speedy solution. I recently visited Ciot and was impressed by the wide selection of tiles and slabs they had on display. Dorina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products, and was able to recommend options that fit both my style and budget. I ended up purchasing a beautiful slab for my kitchen countertop and tiles for my master bath. I couldn't be happier with my decision. We wanted some beautiful marble-like tile for the entryway of our new office suite. After looking at several tile locations, we did find some nice designs. However, I wanted to ensure that we had found the best. My contractor mentioned a place called CIOT. Though the showroom facility was smaller than some of the other locations, I was impressed with the more elegant and classy designs. We were able to find a beautiful porcelain tile (high-end photography makes it look just like marble)! And even more beautiful was the service and discount provided to us by the assistant showroom manager, Peter Dosmann. Hopefully, you and your company will continue to be blessed by our 5-star rating!
