One of the biggest coach stores I have been to. Big selection. Friendly staff that just checks in to see if you need help, never high pressure sales. Feels like I'm going to a friend's house! ?

I had a very lovely experience getting my wife a purse for Xmas. All I knew was the general size I wanted. The staff walked me through my options as well as pros/cons (this is cuter but this style leather is better for everyday use). Love going to such a helpful place since I know nothing about upscale purses.My wife loved her Xmas gift and uses the new purse daily now. Thank you.

Went in store Jan 12 around noon time, was in store for about 10-15 minutes and no one attended or greeted me and my mom. Girl behind the counter was on her phone and didn’t look up once to assist us. As someone who buys coach online at least every other week, it was disappointing and I chose not to buy anything in store
