Youisf did a fabulous job on my car and it was done quickly and I didn't need a rental plus the service of the people was outstanding and kept me informed of the process. I would definitely have my car done again and they were very honest.

Yousif went above and beyond to get my truck fixed when I brought it into their shop. He was able to get the parts needed ordered quickly, schedule me in, and get the repair done within a couple of days. I did not have to do any follow ups he communicated everything from start to finish.

The good: The upfront work was pretty good. Not bad. Though their communication wasn't the best. I can chalk that up to them being busy. But over all all the team members were nice and friendly. Previously worked with Anthony ( no longer co-owner at time of writing ).
The Bad: Anthony at the time had promised a "lifetime warranty". About 1.5 years after the initial service. I noticed my headlight bouncing while traveling on the freeway. I found that part of my upper radiator support had been broken in the accident and they didn't replace it. Part of that area, was the hold down for the headlight. Which caused it to flex and later broken the to wing tabs that you use to screw the assembly down. Been trying to get this taken care of. They said they were fix the radiator support and headlight ( almost 4 months ago ), but seem to be doing the "stall" tactics and hope I would forget... Or maybe until the "new ownership" was in place and then they wouldn't have to deal with it? Who knows.
At this point, if they say there is a warranty, I can't recommend this shop to honor it.

We are really disappointed with this shop. If I were given another chance, I would never send my car here for repairs. They are dishonest and irresponsible for their word and work. We had originally planned to take our car to another auto repair shop for repairs, but they said they didn't have time, so they had to order parts in advance, start the work 3 weeks later, and have it fixed in 1 week, so it would take 4 weeks in total. So we shopped around to find a shop that would finish the job earlier. We came to Collision Guys Troy and was told it would take 5 days to order the parts and take 3~5 days to fix it, so total it should be done in 10 days. After confirming that we could get car back in half month, we changed to this shop. As a result, it took us 8 weeks to get our car back instead of 10days! And when we finally got the car, they didn’t clean the car, which was very disappointing, and it was our first experience of getting a dirty car after repairing.

I wish I could give this shop a better review, but my experience has been frustrating, to say the least. They've had my car for more than three months now, and it was supposed to be ready over a week ago. Every time I call for an update, they come up with yet another excuse for the delay.
The most frustrating part is dealing with the man at the front desk. He'll give you a shorter wait time, even though they clearly know it will take much longer. When you try to express your concerns or complaints, they just repeat the same excuses. If they ever mention getting you a rental vehicle, that's a lie.
I understand that the shop is busy and the state of the market can be challenging, but giving your customers the runaround without being honest isn’t good practice. Even my insurance estimator commented on how poorly this shop is run, noted that they don’t communicate with them effectively, and take longer on repairs than other shops.
If you have other options, I recommend exploring them. This shop should be your last resort if you can help it. I will update my review once I receive my vehicle... god knows when.

Our car was damaged in a hit and run. The entire driver’s side doors and panels needed replaced. The Collision Guys did an outstanding job! You would never know it had ever needed this work once complete. I’d recommend them for any collision or auto body work. Thank you!
